Sneak Peek: Revlon Photoready Primer + Shadow

Revlon has a new selection of Photoready Primer + Shadow Palettes which I told you about late last week. I purchased two of these palettes at Harmons recently as they kinda reminded me of Japanese eyeshadow palettes.

At a glance, you might also feel like they look like palettes Jillian Dempsey created for Avon a year or two ago. The palette have a cut out “eye” design that kinda resembles those old Avon palettes.

Each palette features three eyeshadow shades, a base color (the primer), and a sparkle top coat.

Take a look!

I actually thought the primer portion would be a cream but it’s a powder so in a way it’s simply used as a color wash on lids prior to following up with the eyeshadow portion of the palette. These seem fairly easy to use as they simply contain a highbrow, lid, and crease shade and you can top with a bit of sparkle should you desire using the fifth and final shade.

I can’t wait to try them, they seem promising!
