Philosophy the Cookbook Holiday Shower Gel Collection Review

This was provided to me by a brand for review but all opinions expressed are my own

Hi, I’m the Muse and I burn boiling water. Maybe the Philosophy the Cookbook Shower Gel Collection will help! No mixing, no stove, no doing the dishes, just decadent, cheerful Holiday treats without any cooking know how. Thank you Philosophy!

This five gel shower set is available exclusively from QVC for under $35. You can go ahead and break it up and get five gifts from the one set or if you’re not the frugal gourmet you might wanna just keep all these gels for yourself….tis the season to be greedy! Come on, it’s SO much better being the Grinch than Santa right?

This year’s Philosophy Cookbook Collection includes five 6 oz shower gels in the following scents:

  • Eggnog
  • Hot Buttered Rum
  • Peppermint Bark
  • Cinnamon Buns
  • Spicy Pear Cobbler

This festive array of shower gels are scented like some of your favorite holiday treats! Hot Buttered Rum is one of my absolute favorite shower gels from Philosophy! This is a warm, buttery rum scent that gives me a cozy, Holiday vibe in the shower! Other treats include Peppermint Bark which is a crisp, tingly chocolate creation sure to make your mouth water. Cult favorites like Philosophy’s bestselling Cinnamon Buns Shower Gel are also included.

This is a great way to introduce yourself to Philosophy’s Shower Gels if you’ve never tried them before as it includes a variety of scents to get you hooked and addicted. Let me tell you, several years ago, I purchased a similiar set of these shower gels and since that time I’ve accumulated about two million bottles…! Philosophy Shower Gels somehow becomes a rather addicting habit particularly since they release new fragrances every single season! Groan!

You can use these as a shower gel, bubble bath, or shampoo. They are an in shower experience so you won’t walk around smelling like Cinnamon Buns all day. Although, I for one, am not in the least averse to be scented like a decadent rich treat!

This version of the Cookbook is available exclusively from QVC.com

Overall, it’ll make an excellent pick should you want to break it up and place one shower gel in a gift bag with a shower puff or you might feel generous and gift the entire set. Either way, it’s a lovely array of festive Holiday treats without the hassle of baking them yourself.

Told ya, I burn boiling water, imagine what I’d do to cinnamon buns?

Are you a Philosophy Shower Gel fan?

Did you haul any fab Philosophy gifts from the Q this year?

Which ones?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’ve lost my love for philosphy. I’m not sure what happened exactly. I’m just over it. I have a few bottles of shower to use up but I haven’t bought a new one or face product since last spring. I sniffed the newest grace and just wasnt excited. I think I’m going to stick with my lush routine for now and who knows when the wind will blow me back to philosophy. This set would be a great gift though!
