Bath & Body Works Slatkin & Co White Barn Christmas 2012 Candle

Bath Body Works Slatkin Co White Barn Christmas 2012 Candle

White Barn Christmas 2012 is a limited edition candle that Bath & Body Works released for Black Friday. Yeah, I know, what’s with all these sneaky little limited edition candle releases lately? First Pumpkin Carving now White Barn Christmas!

The fragrance is described as a way to celebrate the season with comfort and joy, a jubilant fragrance of sugared pine, sweet green balsam, crisp apple and smoked firewood.

Sadly, it’s disappeared from the site….! However, I’ve come across a variety of Evil-bay shops selling it (with free shipping) for as little as $10 so if you missed out on it you might want to snatch it up. I don’t really like it…! I’m not much for green, Christmas-y tree scents and this has all that.

I have to admit lately though I’m on this kick for anything mixed with apple and Holiday greens! Like Yankee Candle Apple Wreath is making my world go right round baby! Loves it.

Just thought I’d throw this up though for anyone who enjoys greener Holiday scents as you might have missed this or not known about it until this post.

Did you purchase it?

Do share!

What are your fav Slakin & Co. Candles from Holiday 2012 so far?

I kinda dig Cinnamon Frosting even though it’s a tad artificial!

I bought the White Barn Christmas online and don’t love it. To me, it smell too much like cleaning products (pine-y), and I am much more a sweet and spicy scent fan. I am loving Frosted Cranberry at the moment.

I took a whiff of the Christmas 2012 candle and thought it was pleasant enough. My favorites are Fresh Balsam and Winter.

A side note, I took a whiff of the Thanksgiving 2012 candle and thought I was going to wretch. I don’t know how they bottled the scent of mashed potatoes in a candle, but there are some food scents that need not be referenced when burning candles. Mashed potatoes now tops my list! LOL!

I like Vanilla Bean Noel, but my favorite one that I’ve been stocking up on is Marshmallow Fireside — LOVE IT!!! I love it when they have the 2 for $20 deals. I would expect before Christmas they have another one of those specias — look out for it, ladies.
