L’Oreal Voluminous Power Volume 24 H Black Smoke Mascara Spring 2013

L’Oreal Voluminous Power Volume 24 H Black Smoke Mascara is a newly launched formula for Spring 2013. As you can see the display also features a repromote of the L’Oreal Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner I reviewed for you last Spring.

Although I’m not a fan of Voluminous Mascara I did pick up a tube of Black Smoke for review purposes and who knows it might surprise me yes?

This is matte formula which kinda translates as dry, stiff lashes to me….it has collagen spheres which provides 24 hour volume in a black smoky finish.

As I mentioned above I haven’t had a ton of success with the Voluminous formulas but I’m willing to check out Black Smoke in the hopes it’ll be the game changer for me.
