Do Want Josie Maran Argan Infinity Intensive Creamy Oil

Josie Maran has some new Argan product floating around on QVC today! Argan Infinity Intensive Creamy Oil MIGHT need to come home with me.

This multitasking cream can be used in any number of ways but I was thinking under my eyes perhaps?

Sooth under eyes, smooth fly-aways, keep brows in place, use on lips to condition, combine with powder blush to create cream color, any much more. Oh my!

I’m sold.

I think the “creamy oil” was what really got me. I was thinking maybe it starts out life as a dense cream but as you apply perhaps it goes all oily….in that case I’d truly be in love! Sounds like a treat for my drier eyes.

I can use all the extra moisture I can get under these tired old eyes. I’m using Clinique’s new eye cream and I really LOVE it to death but man I need more moisture than it’s willing to provide.

This is available now on QVC.com and comes with a sample of Josie’s original Argan Oil.

Ahhh i heard about this the other day and i think i need it in my life. My skin is soooooo painfully dry. Review it soon cause I hate to buy stuff if you haven’t given it your blessing first lol

I got a sample of it a few months ago with the last Josie Maran TSV. It is amazing! Much better than the argan balm. I’m thinking of just getting it at Sephora though as QVC has been making a lot of mistakes with my orders lately.

Muse, help! I constantly take note of your posts and comments about your dry skin, especially under your eyes. I’m combining my perusal of your comments on that with your comments and reviews on concealer. Have you found ANYTHING that works well enough so that your concealer goes on without ripping all of the skin under your eyes off? I’m so frustrated; my eye area is so dry that by the time I get to my makeup mirror and start applying, my concealer fights me to the death. I just can’t seem to find a good base to apply concealer. I’ve tried every thing I can think of including under eye primer over moisturizer before the concealer. Have you hit upon the winning combination yet? Any product recommendation? I would love to see you do a post on just this issue. Big thanks in advance for any recommendation.

how old are you Deb? Mine are dry but not that dry. It’s expensive but I highly suggest Hourglass’s Serum. Apply it nightly under your eye cream and AM under your eye cream. if you can’t afford it try argan oil, badger balm baby oil, or even a touch of vaseline but I do suggest the hourglass one, it’s the MOST hydrating! All this prior to eye cream application. My HG eye cream at the moment is Philosophy Miracle Worker, this combined with hourglass works amazingly well for me 🙂 https://www.musingsofamuse.com/2012/05/hourglass-no-28-primer-serum-review-and-swatches.html

      Hey deb,
i had the same problem as you. I have started to wash my face with sephora cleansing oil $14 (removes make up easily without drying it).
my eyes feel clean but hydrated after (not oily, i hate that feeling).
next I use clinique all about eyes eye cream (not the rich formula, that’s actually drying, just use the original formula) I use this eye cream AM and PM before any make up. Then I give it about 2mins to dry and apply the clinique line smoothing concealer ($16.50)
but if you cannot get any of the above i find that my concealer brush has made all the difference in the world!!
its the elf flawless concealer brush ($3) – A STEAL for the wonders it works. its a fluffy brush so its gentle under your eyes and makes your concealer blend beautifully! hope that helps.

deb, yelana’s rec for the elf concealer brush is spot on, it really does make all the difference in the world! I’ve done a few raving posts about it!

Thanks to both of you for the suggestions. I’ve been using cleansing oil for years so it’s not a matter of stripping the skin. I just have really dry skin and it just sucks in whatever I put on it. And quickly. That’s why I have the challenge of getting under eye concealer on before all of the moisture is gone. I have tried all of the Clinique eye products but they aren’t rich enough. I’ll give the Hourglass serum a try. Price point is not a factor; I can and will pay for whatever just works. Thanks again for the feedback and suggestions.
And Muse, I’m way older than you 🙂 but some beauty problems are just universal, ya know?

if you’re older deb might I also recommend Hydra Shield? It’s EXCELLENT! http://www.drdenese.com/skin-care-reduce-appearance-fine-lines (QVC sells it)…it works as great as the Hourglass serum. the suggestion of the elf concealer brush was also very solid! Clinique eye products are for girl’s in their twenties I’ve come to realize…because seriously they do nothing for moisture for me….! also have you tried good Asian sheet masks!? Once a night over the course of a week followed up with serum and heavy night cream will DO wonders. Does for me ;-D
