L’Oreal Age Perfect Instant Radiance BB Cream SPF 20 for Spring 2013

L’Oreal Age Perfect Instant Radiance BB Cream is launching for Spring 2013. Haven’t yet seen this one in stores but looking forward to seeing how it goes.

LOreal Youth Code BB Cream Illuminator was a little bit of a fail due to the lack of pigment so hopefully Age Perfect Instant Radiance has a bit more color pay off.

Take a look!

If you can get pass how sheer these US BB Creams are they actually have a pretty damn nice formula that rivals that of a tinted moisturizer. It’s just the lack of coverage they provide which is disappointing.

L’Oreal Age Perfect Instant Radiance BB Cream ($14.99) will be available in two shades and has a mulch-beneficial formula that boosts radiance, nourishes skin, evens, and protects.

A vitamin C complex supposedly diminishes the appearance of age and dark spots where an anti-aging formula restores radiance to skin. Soy seed proteins hydrates skin and SPF 20 helps protect against sun damage.

I’d be willing to try it out!

I have a feeling this will be quite similar to the one from Garnier, based on the description. I’m actually happy with the Garnier formula, but not so much the color. Hopefully, there will be one a bit paler.

I don’t have high hopes, but I’m willing to give it a try…in my 30s I need all the radiance boosting help I can get!

The addition of vitamin c intrigues me, but I wish it had a higher SPF.

I’ll wait for your review, or a great sale before I pull the trigger on this one.

With oily skin, I’m a bit afraid this’ll be too dewy for me and I’ll end up with a greaseball effect 🙁 I’ll wait for a review or three.

I’m pretty excited about this. After using Asian bb creams for so long, I was reluctant to try any of the US ones, but a week ago I bought L’oreal’s Magic skin beautifier bb cream (and lord help them, the back says that bb stands for “beautifying beads”… flip a desk!) just for kicks and actually found it surprisingly nice. I’m not even sure how it manages to be sheer yet cover my dark acne scars at the same time. The downside is that the one I have doesn’t have SPF, so I hope this new release would be good. ^^

I already use the L’Oreal Youth Code BB Cream and love it. If this is like the Garnier BB cream, I will NOT like it. The Garnier was way too greasy for me and took a trip to the trash. However, I’ll wait for your review when it comes out and then decide.

I tried this and liked it a lot- maybe the best of the drugstore bunch so far. It didn’t have the shiny finish that Garnier did, but is way more moisturizing than all the drugstore BB’s so far. It had decent coverage too…still in tinted moisturizer territory, but I felt that this one actually made my skin look glowy and healthy.

Uhoh, I see I’m going to have to buy this, even though I like the Youth Code. But then isn’t that always the way it goes? At least it is with me! Thanks for the review Jen.

I bought this stuff a few weeks ago and when I discovered it was primarily sunscreen got all bummed out and set it aside.
Last night while waiting for my daughter to finish her bath, I decided to put it on my super dry legs.
Within a second it was like I had airbrushes my legs back to when I was 20! It was unbelievable! So much so that with one look at the photo I have hoards of friends running out today to buy a tube.
So then, so shocked and impressed, I loaded it onto my face. It does not have paper bag coverage. But it does make a remarkable difference. Especially when I woke up this morning. I looked way better than usual.
    A+++!

I have used the Loreal Pro-Calcium for years. Then they stopped making it. This is the replacement! I’m glad!! I’ve been paying high dollars for the original! This product is great in the summer when you need just a little cover!! Great Moisturizing as well!!!
Great Product and I suggest it to anyone!!
