I had to get some. I had like 8 picked out, but I limited it down to two, to make sure that I like the formula and stuff.

Muse, do you happen to know if these will be available at Ulta?
I ordered one of the pallets online on January 9th and have yet to get my order. I won’t go into it here, but NYX’s customer service lied to me and I will never order from them directly again.
At this point I think I may have to get my bank involved.
And yet the makeup lover in me STILL wants to see these pallets!

I wish I knew. Sorry about NYX CS, I’ve ordered from them about mmm three times? but never had an issue. I think there warehouse was close temporarily so maybe that was why your order was delayed? Sorry about the problems….
