Trish McEvoy Instant Solutions Beauty Balm SPF 35

Very excited about the launch of the new Trish McEvoy Instant Solutions Beauty Balm SPF 35. I don’t think Trish McEvoy makeup gets enough good press around here. I absolutely love most of her line so when I heard she was launching a BB Cream I was ecstatic to say the least.

I’m a little overdoing BB Creams lately and have a little too many in rotation and quite a fair few to test so I’m trying to not purchase anymore until I finish using and testing the ones I already have but this might tempt me.

Trish McEvoy Instant Solutions Beauty Balm SPF 35 promises a formula that primes, evens, brightens, hydrates, and controls oil with a blend of rejuvenating peptides that improve skin’s texture over time while SPF helps prevent sun damage.

It’s available in two shade selections.

Sadly the price of $85 for 1.8 oz hurts my feelings terribly but considering the peptides in the formula I’d be willing to splurge.

I foresee a trip to Nordies in my future to pick up a tube.

P.S. Happy Monday! I did some serious R&Ring this weekend which shook the cold right out of my system. I’m finally feeling a little more like myself today. I have a wicked case of chapped lips and dry skin around my nose and cheeks but aside from that I feel as fit as a fiddle.

I hope the folks I talked to last week via Twitter and comments are feeling just as good as me today! If not, hugs! Hope you get there soon!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Wow that seems very pricey. I can’t afford to blow that so I won’t be trying it >:

I have quite a few TM products, so I totally understand the price tags with the brand. However, $85 for a bb cream?! That’s a bit too much.
