Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection for Spring 2013

Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection

The Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection for Spring 2013 is now appearing at Walgreens! We knew that Fergie was Wet n Wild’s newest spokeperson since earlier last year but she’s only been featured in a nail collection so far and a few odd displays here and there.

She comes front and center for Spring 2013 and appears not only in her own collection, Centersage, but also on many of the newest product launch displays from Wet n Wild.

Take a look at her collection below!

As you can see there are four Wet n Wild Photo Op Eyeshadow Quads, Wet n Wild To Reflect Shimmer Palette, Wet n Wild Take on the Day Eyeshadow Primer, Wet n Wild Turn Up the Volume Mascara, as well as a gel eyeliner and many different nail polishes.

I haven’t technically seen the collection in person myself. My best friend Jai took these photos and purchased me a ton of goodies from the collection. So far I’m very impressed with the packaging and just the general look of it all. He purchased me all the shimmer palettes, two quads, the primer, two lipsticks, and mascara. I’m eager to go back and see if he missed anything I’d love (I doubt it, he pretty much knows exactly what I like).

Anyone see the display at their local stores?

I’ll be reviewing these shortly….! Can’t wait!

Yes, I saw this same display in my local Walgreens last week. I picked up two lipsticks. “Daily” – a nude and “Ferguson Crest” – a berry. I’m loving Ferguson Crest.

I want a friend just like Jai! I’m interested in checking out the e/s and shimmer palette. I’ve been grabbing W&W’s “shimmer the night away” palette over all of my other high end palette’s. The colors blend so beautifully.

I actually really like this collection overall [for the whole two-going on three days I've been playing with it :X]. The biggest fail for me was the mascara- but I’ve never really liked any of the WnW mascaras and I am like the most easy going person ever when it comes to mascara as all I really need it to do is darken my lashes.

The shadow pallets are pretty nice, there in some there is a shade or two that could be better, coloured bases help a lot in that area I find- but not everyone is like me and uses them all the time. The creme liner [black one] isn’t bad- it reminds me of their other liner which I like as well but that one might be a touch darker. And the shimmery bronzers are more like highlighters- I can’t see them looking decent as bronzers on anyone but on darker skinned ladies the darker colours give the most gorgeous golden highlight *-*

And the lipsticks I really, really enjoy them too.

So ahem… WnW had a pretty good start to 2013 I think. I hope you have fun playing with this collection too, Muse~

I got the lightest shimmer palette, it’s really pretty and not glittery from what I can tell. I only swatched it so far though.

That’s good since I missed out on those! The lightest one is nice and pinkish beige luckily, not too bronzy at all so I can actually wear it. I’m glad I only got that one though after reading Christine’s reviews of the others…way too warm/bronzy for me!

I got the black cream liner and the Fushianista lipstick, which I adore. It really lasts and isn’t too drying. The liner is more gel-like and it’s really nice, especially for the price. It’s not the blackest of blacks, but it will work.

I picked up 6 of the lipsticks and the rose champagne blush. I really like them. The lipsticks seem different in texture from other WnW lipsticks. They’re less drying, but still on the dry side, so they don’t migrate onto your teeth. I wore Pagan Angel for a while yesterday and then later put on Fergie Daily.

I literally just came home from Walgreens and picked up the rose champagne bronzer. So NOT a bronzer. It’s more of a highlighter and I am pretty pale – but it is a pretty highlighter though. Not sure about wear yet, I just put it on. I would put this one in the cheap thrills for highlighters!

Yes! It is quite sheer though. Pretty, I was surprised. I haven’t bought any W&W since I was like 12 and Fergie and all the buzz sucked me in! I know you aren’t a nail girl but if Jai picked up any nail polish with the funky glitters, I’d be interested to know how those are.

I’ll didn’t ask him about his haul, he didn’t pick any up for me, just stuck with color cosmetics and got me a buncha stuff from that new Olay Effects skincare launch. He’s a nail person so he might have gotten for himself, will swatch on tape if he did ;-D and ask how they are!

Kick butt! Thanks! Oh, and I want a “Jai.” How do you go about getting one of those? :)

          • 1/7/13 16:33 the Muse:

luck…LOL! if you’re lucky you’ll find your Jai one day hehehehe. when I’m annoyed with him though I’d be MORE than happy to send him your way for safe keeping. I felt like crap this weekend so was happy he stuck around with me all weekend and brought me soup, Halls cough drops, new makeup and skincare to play with and watched telly with me otherwise I’d be bored out of my skull and on my death bed with this cold! ;-D
