Dior Charmante Addict Lipstick Review & Swatches
Dior Addict Lipstick in Charmante is another deliciously shiny lipstick that launches with the Dior Spring 2013 Makeup Collection. This one is a softer coral with a nude finish that’s quite flattering.
I’m always look for the perfect shades of nude for lips that won’t make me look like a zombie and Charmante happens to be one of those shades. If you’re a fairer lady (or lad) I’d highly suggest grabbing it up as well since the color will be flattering on such a tone.
Take a peek!
Dior Addict Lipstick in Charmante has a lovely melty formula that glides across lips and leaves behind a super shiny finish with a sheer hint of color. This is a lovely balm-texture with a moisturizing formula throughout the wear. Dior Addict Lipstick is more like a lipstick, balm, and gloss all in one formula and that particularly shines through with Charmante which has a glass-like finish.
Charmante is a shade I love but wouldn’t necessarily pick up for myself. Thankfully I didn’t miss out on the color because looking at it I would think…”Mmm that’s too light!” but I’m so glad I tested it out because it is gorgeous. I love corals and peaches but deeper shades of the color than what you see here from Charmante. This is a very soft, light shade of coral with an almost orange look to it. On my lips it looks very nude and natural. It reminds me SLIGHTLY of Curviest Caramel from Clinique’s Intense Chubby Stick Collection. If you liked Curviest Caramel it’s a given you’ll love Charmante.
As I mentioned above I am always on the look out for softer shades that work well in a nude lip look and Charmante is the perfect shade of soft coral that looks MLBB-like minus the Zombie lip look!
Although sheer this is a beautiful shade of natural that you should add to your stash!
Note: Please disregard the blue in my swatch. I swatching another product at the time and couldn’t get it off for the life of me!
Loves it!
