Dior Espiegle Addict Lipstick Review & Swatches
Dior Addict Lipstick in Espiegle was released with the Dior Cherie Bow Collection for Spring 2013. Considering how bold Dior went with their Rose Charmeuse, Espiegle makes the perfect sheerer addition to use in conjunction with those bright shadows.
Take a look!
Dior Addict Lipstick in Espiegle is a rosy, cool toned pink with a moisturizing formula and a shiny finish. When the original Addict Lipstick Collection was released, sometime ago, in a land far, far, far away…I recall not being terribly impressed with the formula. Since that time Dior has reinvented the formula and I’m always so pleasantly surprised how moist these apply and what great shine they leave behind.
I was a little worried about Espiegle at first as I thought it might prove too cool for me but it comes across quite nicely on my lips with a little hint of lilac. It’s a very natural shade and sheer enough not to look mod.
It has a lightweight balm-y texture with a very shiny finish so I find you get the benefits of a lipstick, balm, and gloss all in one. It applies with a soft, easy glide across lips and wears for around three hours before needing a touch up.
If you’re looking for for a softer, natural wearable shade of pink for Spring I think Espiegle will do nicely!
What sorts of pinks are you loving at the moment?
My go to seems to be Revlon Pink Truffle lately!
