The best part? The sweet $39 price tag!
Take a look!
The Pur Minerals Beautiful Creatures Palette is available for a limited time so I’d highly suggest picking it up as soon as you can. It’s been a while since I’ve been delighted with a palette so much and this won my heart over instantly!
The palette is filled with velvety, pigmented, easy to blend eyeshadows that create some seriously sultry looks.
You get:
- Forbidden (Taupe)
- Supernatural (Nude)
- Siren (Moss)
- Spellbound (Neutral)
- Fate (Mushroom)
- Cursed (Plum)
- Secret (Pink)
- Fantasy (Violet)
- Eyeliner: Black Magic (Charcoal)
- Lip Gloss: Lust (Sheer Pink)
This is a long slim line palette featuring a small mirror inside and a brush for application. The brush is actually a very good one and aids application and blending of the eyeshadows. No shedding, soft bristles, definitely a nice touch to add into the palette especially at this price.
The thing I loved about the palette was the fact I felt like I’d use EVERY single shade. It’s so rare to find a palette that you end up loving all the colors. I can honestly see myself reaching for this daily. The color combinations just go well together too so no guess work about what would work well with what. The colors all meld and blend together beautifully to create any number of different looks. The shadow formula, even the mattes ones, all have a smooth to the touch feel. These are velvety and on par with Stila’s formula but lack the frostiness I associate with Stila’s formula (which is a good thing). They blend onto eyes like butter with excellent color pay off. They also tend to work well together so you aren’t left with a muddy mess after blending, colors play happily together and contrast well. I believe this is the first time I’ve tried Pur Minerals Eyeshadows and must say if they are all like this I’ll be a customer for life!
Also included with the palette is an eyeliner and nude shade of gloss. The gloss formula is sheer with very little pigment but has a plush feel with a glassy finish. It doesn’t have a ton of tackiness to it but still wears strong. The eyeliner pencil is a traditional pencil formula that works well on the lash line with tug-free application and excellent pigment however, it didn’t work well on my waterline sadly.
Overall, I’d say Pur Minerals did a heck of a great job with this palette. The little extras (a brush, eyeliner, and gloss) plus the eight user friendly eyeshadows makes this an excellent purchase. I even felt like the warmer, earthy shades definitely inspired visions of the books for me.
Loved this!
