This fine selection of smoky purples will illuminate eyes with a glamoruous twist!
Take a peek!
Benefit created three of these ultra cute World Famous Neutrals Sets for Spring 2013 featuring four shades of powder eyeshadow, two cream shadows, and a how to get the look guide for creating looks using it.
Each palette is available in three different shades selections for $30 each. My personal fav was the warmer Glamorous Nudes version I recently reviewed!
This set is probably the coolest of all three so if you like cooler, smokey purples you’ll adore Sexiest Nudes.
It contains:
Longwear Powder Shadows
- Milk It! (pearly white)
- Pause for Applause (soft lilac)
- Blingo! (brilliant silver)
- Raincheck? (smoky amethyst)
Creaseless Cream Shadows
- Bikini-Tini (oyster pink)
- Holy Smokes! (smoldering charcoal)
Benefit’s powder formula is a soft, velvety texture with a satin-y finish. The shades in this palette contain little to no shimmer which, hate to say this, is a good thing as they really create a pretty refined finish on lids without the hassle of shimmery fall out. That’s why this set makes a great one for office looks!
The cream shadows are a divine base for your shadows. These have good pigmentation but I always find that Benefit’s Creaseless Cream Shadows have a slippery texture so they need a little extra work to get into place. They tend to have a longer dry down period so you have plenty of time to work with them and build before they set.
The collection comes housed in a small vintage style library book with a retro gypsy model on the cover. Quite cute! Reminds me of an old Harlequin Romance Novel.
I’m not a big fan of purple, it always makes me look like I got punched in the eye, so Sexiest Nudes Ever wasn’t really a love for me. However, those who like cooler shades will adore this! Or go with the Most Glamorous Nudes Ever if you prefer a more natural smoky brown eye like me!
No matter which shade selection you decide all three of these little kits feature quality shadows that you’ll make great deal of use out of.
These are available now at Sephora, Sephora.com, Ulta, Ulta.com, and or online at benefitcosmetics.com and at Boutiques.
