Mark Color Me Lip & Eye Pencils for Summer 2013

Mark Color Me Lip & Eye Pencils

Mark takes on the chubby lip and eyeshadow trend with their new Color Me In Lip Crayon and Color Me In Eye Crayon that have launched for Summer 2013.

You gotta remember that Clinique’s new chubby lip and eye pencils are $16 each and Mark’s are $12 so this formula had better be out of this world to compete with that mere $4 difference in price tag.

For being a mid range company, I find $12 a little expensive if they are wanting to compete. Even if these lip crayons are better, you might as well pay the extra $4 for Clinique is how I see it.

Agreed. And aren’t a lot of mark products made in China? I mean, everything else I’ve bought that has “Made in China” stamped on it are things I’ve bought for less than $10. Like NYC, Wet n Wild, NYX, etc. All the mid to high-end brands I’ve purchased are typically made in North America, Europe or Japan. What’s the deal?

i don’t know if that’s a good move. They need to be at least as good as the chubby sticks. otherwise people will prefer to drop a few more dollars to buy Clinique’s
