Doctor T Supergoop! Daily Correct CC Cream

Doctor T Supergoop! Daily Correct CC Cream

Doctor T leaves behind his Supergoop! SPF temporarily for the Summer and launched a Daily Correct CC Cream instead! Doctor T’s Supergoop (something that sounds incredibly awful to me, goop and SPF!? Sounds bad!) is commonly associates with sunscreen but this year they venture into the CC Cream trend with their new Daily Correct CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 35 which will be available in two shades.

Take a peek!

Doctor T’s Supergoop! Daily Correct CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 35 ($28) promises a silky formula with light-diffusing mica that softens the look of lines, wrinkles and pores.

This is where things get tricky…why is everyone infusing mica into their CC Cream formulas. This makes it sound more like a highlighter versus a foundation product.

They do promise that it acts as a primer and a foundation with anti-aging benefits and a self adjusting shade of either Light/Medium or Medium/Dark.

It sounds interesting but the mica does scare me….!

It’s available now at Nordstrom.com

I’m waiting to hear what people think about the Clinique one, and then pray the lightest color is light enough for me

that makes two of us lol 🙂 although i just bought a new BB cream so do I really need more CC cream?

I just have to comment and say this is HG for me! I’ve tried many BB’s/ CC’s & got this in my Birchbox. I have med to tan skin, so was surprised how good the light to med works on me. This is the only cream (or foundation) that stays on all day, looks flawless AND… the biggest feature of all: stays put on my upper lip which sweats profusely all day (yeah, sexy huh?) When I say all day, I’m talking 15 hrs! I’m switching from UD Naked to this asap!My only concern is it may block pores, as it is so waterproof? I did have a breakout, but not sure if it was this. Still going to get full size, as I can’t believe how gorgeous it makes my aging skin look– all while keeping the dreaded white skin mustache away, lolz.

My Supergoop! CC Cream just arrived from birchbox and I will say my skin has never looked so healthy -I love it and I’ve only used it for a little less than a week but I’m getting compliments! It rubs in very easily and evenly. I have fair skin and purchased the light-medium.

It seems like many products have mica. I’ve used the mufe setting powder that is mica based and didn’t find it itchy. I think mally has some mica products too. I don’t think it’s a big concern for me personally. It seems to me that its a combination of ingredients that triggers itchiness not one specific product. Anyways, I’ve used the sunscreen by this line. I got a sample of it and was less than impressed. It was thick and irritated my eyes so I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to find this cc.

Oh! As for the mica, might I add the effect is hard to describe, as I can tell it has it, but my face does not look even a bit glittery, shiny or sparkly– it’s like it makes your face appear it’s under really flattering light. One of those HG effects where I’m shocked & delighted to look in the mirror throughout the day, inside or out, and marvel over how great my skin looks. OK, I’ll quit, sound like a used car salesman here 🙂

Love your site Muse, and keep up the awesome work! xoxo
