Jump!

So you take a powder blush but have it act like a cheek stain, sounds weird? Maybe but that’s It Cosmetics Vitality Powder Blush Stain. Infusing a powerful stain into their powder formula It insures that their Vitality Cheek Flush applies like a powder but stains cheeks for all day wear! The formula takes the place of cheek stain and allows easier application in the form of a powder for waterproof long wearing coverage that looks flawless from the start of your day until the end!

This is the type of powder blush you dream about it as it lasts and lasts and lasts even on oily skin, even through a cold wet day, even through a humid New York Summer. If you’ve always loved liquid cheek stains but feared blending them this allows you to wear one in a powder formula.

User beware though as these have a little learning curve for application. They are heavily pigmented so a little goes a very, very long way! A fluffier brush is recommended for application or even a fan brush. I used It Cosmetics French Boutique Luxe Blush Brush as this has super fluffier bristles and allows me to pick up very little of the powder allowing me to lightly dust color on cheeks. Being as heavy handed as I am I have to be careful how I apply less I go around with clown cheeks, it’s been known to happen.

Matte Sweet Apple is a dusky warm red and the first matte finish blush available in the Vitality Blush Collection. Although matte it blends easily onto cheeks creating a pretty flush of blushing red on my cheeks.

If you like your blushes pigmented and extra long wearing this is the formula for you! Those who already tried and love the blush will happily add Matte Sweet Apple to their wish list particularly if they’ve wanted It to do a matte finish of the blush.

It’s available from QVC.com for $24 or you can get it with the brush for $35. It’s also sold at theshoppingchannel.com for Canada residents.

P.S. Remember a little goes a very LONG way!

I am in love. I love that it is glitter free and so intensely pigmeted. I want! I am in love with QVC lately lol

I have this & the Peony shade & love them! Sweet Apple is my favorite though. They last like nobody’s business & just a touch of the brush to the surface of the pan is enough for both cheeks. Thanks for the review!!

not at all, it has quite a smooth, even finish on my dry skin 🙂

That sounds like a must have then!! I have extremely dry skin and anything matte usually means flake city.

I really don’t get why there such a price difference between the US and Canadian price. I don’t mind paying a few bucks more, but 50% more doesn’t make sense to me.

I got mine around Christmas, and it’s been in constant rotation since then. I love these stains, and this is an awesome shade on my light cool-neutral skin. But don’t think that having 4 of these stopped me from ordering 3 of the new Balm stains today!!! 😉
