You Ok with a Little Snail In Your Moisturizer?

Missha’s Super Aqua Cell Renew Snail Cream contains Snail Slime Extract that adds SUPER moisture to skin! I’ve tried a good deal of snail creams from Korea and must say this is a fast fav. Review is coming up shortly.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. it looks good. Missha has been coming out with decent offerings and I might just pick this up along with others. Let me know your feedback, I can get it at USD$35 excluding international shipping which makes it a pretty good deal

Any idea how the stuff is collected? I really like snails and actually have put them on my face before (I know, I’m a weirdo) so I have no problem with actually using the stuff. But I’m a vegetarian so I want to know if the snails are being treated nicely!

i don’t Lillian I’ve read a few articles from other companies that do similiar products and from my understanding no cruelty is involved in creating the skincare but I can’t confirm missha’s technique but will try to prior to reviewing!

Thank you so much! I’m glad to hear that most companies are cruelty free, I guess I should stop being lazy and do my own research 😛

A few years ago I tried some from Australia, and of course I can’t remember the brand name. My friend that got me started on it loved it. I have oily (62 y/o) skin which is pretty tough. It was ok. Didn’t do much for me, but then nothing does. Just plain old moisturizer is good enough for me.

P.S. It didn’t smell bad or feel funny or anything.
