Innisfree Eco Real Color Lipgloss Review & Swatches

Innisfree Eco Real Color Lipgloss

Dontcha just love scoring a gloss with color and shine? Innisfree Eco Real Color Lipgloss is available in ten shades and is a gel lipgloss which gives both a shiny pigmented pout to lips.

I really need to stop with lipgloss as I feel like I’m overloaded with them lately but I couldn’t resist this one. And hey, I’ve been GOOD I haven’t purchased a Liplicious Gloss in ages. Hopefully it holds out until Halloween! Crap, now I wanna head onto Bath & Body Works website and see if they have any new ones…! I’m being completely serious as I typed this I already loaded the site in a new window. It’s a disease.

Let’s take a peek at Innisfree Eco Real Color Lipgloss and maybe I’ll forget to look!

Although I have my fair share of tinted, colored, and pigmented lipglosses it’s such a rarity they come in a tube. Most tube glosses like this one are typically tinted but apply fairly transparent. The pigment could be one reason I thought this was such a cool pick!

This is just your standard gloss with a slanted tip applicator at a glance. It’s the formula that’s really the pull here as the packaging is fairly basic and it might even be something you’d skip over if you seen it in a store. It just looks a bit uneventful.

But…!

The formula is fab. It has a gel like consistency with a slippery feel that has quite a hydrating feel on my lips through the wear. Wear time is a bit shorter but in the two or so hours it wears you’ll find it very comfortable, moisturizing, and not at all sticky or tacky (it’s the lack of stickiness that prevents it from wearing longer in my humblest) plus it doesn’t migrate around my mouth.

Of course, you can much the same from any number of tube glosses but I thought the pigment was extra nice here. I got it in the shade Summer Rose Red and what you see in the tube is basically what translates to lips. It’s a bright shade of natural red with a high, glossy shine and finish.

Loves!

There is a very subtle lemon or orange taste but it’s very faint and in the background so no worries for those sensitive to fragrance or flavor in their gloss.

After trying this shade I def want to try a few more! They have a rather wicked looking orange that’s yelling at me to add it to my stash.

Yeah, like I need another damn lipgloss.

I got mine at F2PLUS1’s E-bay Shop (not affiliated).

I purchased this item.

Wow Muse, I really love that color on you! I mean you always look good of course, but that color of the gloss just really complements you!

Hi Muse! I’ve never really taken the plunge with korean makeup despite it being cute and cheaper than japanese stuff – since you have been following collections for a while, do you know of any 1)metallic eyeliners without tons of glitter/shimmer 2)matte eyeshadows in brights or pastels in any of the brands?
I have been reading your blog for a while now and you always take great photos (people don’t realise how hard that is!)

wow thanks for the compliment on my photos qwerty (I honestly think they suck, I’m not much of a photographer). I’ll be honest, I haven’t run across very many matte eyeshadows from Korea. Most all are shimmer, shimmer and more shimmer 😀 and no real metallic eyeliners although the new Etude House Color Pop Collection has some killer bright eyeliners (not metallic but the colors are very vibrant and no shimmer) https://www.musingsofamuse.com/2013/05/etude-house-color-pop-for-summer-2013.html also have you tried some of Milani’s eyeliners? Not a ton of shimmer and some really vibrant liquid metal-like shades 🙂 Hope this helps!?

Thanks Muse – it does help. Actually you read my mind about the Milani liners – I was wondering if there was a Korean equivalent with more colors!

my pleasure dear did you see the holika holika ones? they come in a ton of colors but they are a bit shimmery!

I was looking for a nice lip gloss! Thank you so much for the great hint dear! <3
I also saw that orange shade and loved it! So…orange! XD But I must confess the blue one (with a "plump" effect) was the one that grabbed my attention. It has another plus: The price is quite friendly, gotta get some! =D

i didn’t even know about the blue one dayse 😀 sounds interesting! Enjoy! 😀

I love to see you reviewing Innisfree. I had a tube of their Anti-Trouble BB Cream and it was AMAZING! I’ll be trying their No-Sebum BB cream next and now I know I’ll have to order a few of these as well!

I hope to see you reviewing more Innisfree products in the future. It’s SO hard to find Innisfree reviews from other bloggers.
