Peter Thomas Roth BB Blur Broad Spectrum SPF 30

Peter Thomas Roth BB Blur Broad Spectrum SPF 30

Is the new Peter Thomas Roth BB Blur Broad Spectrum SPF 30 the next L’Oreal Miracle Blur product? Kinda sounds like it but this sheer BB Cream comes in two shades and features diamond powder to blur the appearance of fine lines.

I’ve always wanted diamond powder in my BB Cream, I’m that kinda girl.

Peter Thomas Roth BB Blur Broad Spectrum SPF 30 promises to blur the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and imperfections with their new sheer to medium coverage formula.

Infused with diamond powder, peptides, and vitamin E this new BB Cream is available a Light to Medium and Medium to Tan color selection. It includes a broad spectrum SPF 30 and evens out skin tone instantly upon application give skin the look of smooth flawlessness.

The entire “blur” technology has me wondering how close a texture is is to L’Oreal’s Miracle Blur formula. Perhaps it’s kinda a tinted version of it!? I’d find that terribly exciting in all honest as I really enjoy Miracle Blur.

This is $48 and available now at Ulta.com

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you don’t have to apply every 2 hours, s with the L’Oreal Miracle Blur, this would definitely be worth looking into (also, if the “light” is truly light, LOL). If not, then I’ll just stick with Miracle Blur. It’s half the price, and with the Aveeno BB Cream, and Essence Mattifying powder, my pores are almost invisible.

I have to say, I understand that it is more pricey than other products one could get of “comparable” effect. However, I bought a tube and it lasted at least 9 months. That’s something I can’t say about it’s cheaper counterparts. Usually more product is needed so it goes faster; I end up paying the same price in the long run, but PTR is just plain…better.
I have gone without for a few weeks and have been using Aveeno’s and the color and consistency of Aveeno is just….crap, in comparison to PTR. Had I not used PTR first, I would probably just be fine with it, but I guess I’m spoiled now. And what a way to go……
Love this stuff! Totally worth the price.
