Secret Scent Expressions Body Spray Review

Secret Scent Expressions Pasion de Tango Body Spray

I admit I find it odd shopping deodorants and coming across body sprays and mists on the same shelf. Isn’t it weird shopping for your deo and proceeding to have them trying to sell you a matching body mist? I mean do you think they are trying to say we smell or something that we need not only a deodorant but also a body mist so we can layer and do away with our own rancid stench.

I feel slightly insulted, a little confused, and partially delighted as a beauty junkie.

I know Dove has done body mists and so has Secret but most recently Secret Scent Expressions Body Spray hits your deodorant shelves for Summer 2013.

Take a look!

I picked up Secret Scent Expressions Pasion de Tango Body Spray for $4 at Harmons a week or two ago on a whim. Hey, it was four bucks and it was just staring at me when I was picking up deodorant. Might as well grab it up right?

This is a 4 oz aerosol body spray which has notes of mango and pineapple. It has a more unisex scent to me and has certain warmth but not the sweetness you’d commonly associate with the fruity notes it supposedly contains. It’s quite a pleasant scent but might not appeal to everyone.

Secret Scent Expressions Body Spray

I like it because it’s very easy to apply on bare skin. It doesn’t feel sticky or tacky and it’s easy to mist all over my body before slipping my clothes on and it has a rather long wear and throw as well!

It’s not going to really change your fragrance life but its a fun way to get a dash of scent quickly and on the go without the need for a touch up as the day progresses because the wear is quite strong. Plus they are super beauty budget friendly!

These little body sprays are available on your deodorant shelf now.

Tried ’em?

Do share!

I purchased this item.

I have this stuff and I buy the actual deodorant in this flavor. They do not smell the same…the deodorant is much more of a girly fruity mango scent whereas the spray reminds me more of a mens scent, with a hint of mango and guinea pig bedding. I want to say it has a very similar scent to a mens Old Spice deodorant like Fuji or something like that. I also bought the bodycology deodorant sprays, I like the sweat pea spray better because it smells better…and GREAT to spray on nakie feet before wearing high heels or flats sockless (because it actually has deodorant in it, Secrets spray doesn’t)…and keeps the feets from becoming deadly stink weapons.

i haven’t tried to deo tbh but I agree, it does have a certain mens scent to it which is probably why I liked it ;-D

This is an interesting product. Great idea for the summer time. I may try it especially since I like wearing more manly scents. LOL I know! Don’t judge me!

I bought this the other day at work because I loved the deodorant and I expected this to smell similar. I think it smells like straight up man, and, the girly girl that I am, I CANNOT stand it. It’s going back tomorrow.

I like it very well for a refreshing something to spray on after showering. I can tell it’s supposed to GO with the deodorant of the same name, but everybody’s right when they say it’s not exactly the same. My very first impression of it? Gain laundry detergent. I still think that! Not bad for the money…I recommend giving it a shot.
