Another Copy Cat Product from Victoria’s Secret

Victoria's Secret Pressed Mineral Bronzing Powder

There was some dispute and even a lawsuit going on with Victoria’s Secret the Nakeds Palettes when it originally launched earlier last year.

Now at the time the palette was a little too similar to Urban Decay’s Naked Palette in name and design.

Victoria’s Secrets again toes the line with their new Pressed Mineral Bronzing Powder.

Does the powder remind YOU of anything?

Diorskin Nude Tan Paradise Duo

If you said Diorskin Nude Tan Paradise Duo you’d be right. These two products look quite dupe-a-licious eh? Only difference is Victoria’s Secret goes with more bronzer versus Dior’s version which concentrates on both a blusher and a bronzer.

Still…

VS likes to live dangerously after all the hoopla with their Naked Palette.

Which by the way is still available in stores and online in an updated version I’ll be telling you about soon!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. While dangerously close, I think this may just be different enough from the Dior version, which also includes blush (where VS doesn’t), yet there are other brands that include 4 bronzers in a circular pan (Revlon, Physician’s Formula, Guerlain, and many others). I don’t think this is such a “unique” product that Dior would stand a chance in a lawsuit. They also may not want to open the door to a suit against themselves by any of the aforementioned brands that had the circular quadrants *before* Dior…

Like the victoria secret idea more and the shades, the cruelty free nad price 😀

I totally don’t need and probably wouldn’t use that Dior bronzer/blusher duo, but god damn do I want it anyways – it’s sooooo pretty!

I think it also looks like the physician’s formula bronzer with the four seasons on it. 🙂

Actually, Dior does have their bronzers in that layout! Definitely very similar looking!

That’s right, it was from last summer. I have one and I purchased the VS one as well!
