Etude House Baby Choux in a Tube

Etude House Baby Choux in a Tube

This is the news of the day! Etude House Baby Choux is now in a squeeze tube with new packaging. I wish I knew this prior to purchasing mega back ups of Baby Choux like it was going out of style.

This new tube formula is definitely more user friendly to the glass jars which can be messy, aren’t exactly hygienic, and will break easily if you drop them.

They are available in the Berry, Peach, and Mint variations same as the old version they just now come in a tube!

Each is 11,000 won and I guess this means they will become apart of the general catalog for good.

Yay!

If you haven’t tried Baby Choux before now is a great time to do so with this new packaging!

When someone commented about this on the last post I scrambled to ebay and ordered 3 tubes in peach 🙂 Should be getting them around the 20th. These are the bomb with powder foundations 😀 The tubes also apparently have 10ml more product than the jars.

Good Morning! How was your weekend?

    • the Muse

AH! really? I was wondering if they were bigger 😀 that’s kinda awesome but can’t indulge, have three jars and three backup jars :-/ amazing thanks! Was in Chicago for most of it ;-D went to see Manson on the 5th possibly last time I will, I’m too old for this lol! but damn it was increds! how was yours?!

Well your jars could always have an… Accident, which would force you to get the tubes. If you catch my drift? Mine was good I went to a fireworks show on the 4th with a bunch of friends. Then over the weekend I made my own pressed powder! I am now a makeup mad scientist. I took my alima pure loose foundation, bought bfte pressing medium along with a compact, pressing sponge, and magnet to keep the tin in there. and voila! Brand new pressed powder foundation!

It was fun lol! I was a little worried it was gonna break and crumble but I’ve been using it for the last couple days and it looks perfect 😀 now I want to press the blushes xD or the setting powder oooh!! If you want the sites where I got my… Scientific tools just say so 😛 it was actually pretty simple lol

I don’t mind jars, so like, you could just send me yours and then you would have an excuse to order the tubes, right? 😀 LOLZ!

        • the Muse

LOL nat TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what’s your address? 😀

          • Nat

Haha, I wish! Ugh, I’m up in Canada and believe me the shipping you would pay would probably be more than if I ordered it from a Canadian distributor. I’ve learned a trick, though – whenever I do a trip states-side for work (usually San Fran), I order stuff ahead of time online and have them shipped to my hotel room. I love checking in and they say, “oh, we have these packages for you!” then going up to my room and ripping into my beauty haul! 😀

Oh myyyyyyyyy… I haven’t even touched my jar of peach choux base yet since I’m still finishing up my Benefit Poreless Professional. However, I have been checking up on ordering more once I do start using my jar and was a bit concerned about the glass. This is super happy news!

Woah JPY 11000? That’s like US$108! Might want to check the MSRP, Muse =p

I may have to pick up a tube of mint. My cheeks make me look like a lush during daylight hours.

Hi Muse, I just read your original review, and have a question: you mentioned that it doesn’t extend the wear of BB cream like a primer does, so would you layer this over primer? Thanks in advance!

    • the Muse

I personally wouldn’t, it’s too much going on for me if I do primer, baby choux, AND bb cream. That’s a lot of makeup but you can def so so if you desire.
