More Bath & Body Works Fall 2013 Candles

Bath Body Works Fall 2013 Candles

More, more, more that’s how I like it. So I ordered a little stock pile of the Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Candles and proceeded to go back for even more Fall 2013 Candles before they went off sale.

Seriously, have you seen some of these?

Apple Ale? Shut the hell up and get inside my house right now! Which reminds me how coolio would it be if some e-tailer or even if Bath & Body Works created a Butter Beer candle or tart? I’d so be on that!

Bath Body Works Candles Fall 2013

Some of these are repromotes from last year and I have a feel Harvest Coffee is probably the same as the recent Espresso Bar Candle but I still kinda sorta want it. I’m happy to see scents like Autumn and Leaves is back and also a new scent called Autumn Day. I think I’m most excited about Apple Ale! Hope it smells as lovely as it sounds!

Bath & Body Works Farmstand Apple Candle

McIntosh apple, pear blossom and oak.

Bath & Body Works Apple Ale Candle

Autumn apples, brown sugar and cinnamon bark.

Bath & Body Works Heirloom Pear Candle
Pears and apples finished with an elegant touch of vanilla.

Bath & Body Works Harvest Coffee Candle

Roasted coffee beans with creamy vanilla foam.

Bath & Body Works Leaves Candle

Golden nectar, red apple and spiced berries.

Bath & Body Works Autumn Day Candle
Oak, citrus and golden amber.

Bath & Body Works Cider Lane Day Candle
Mulled cider, warm caramel and sweet cinnamon.

Bath & Body Works Autumn Candle
Apple with notes of fir balsam and rich cedarwood.

Is it terrible I want some of these even though I already have a few from last year? Why? Because of the new labels. I know, I know I’m hanging my head in shame right now…!

I do recommend if you are planning a purchase to go with the LARGE 14.5 oz 3 Wick Candles. I think ALL of the other sizes they have (the medium and smaller) are a waste of money as you won’t get the throw and linger you get from the larger sizes. I’ve learned my lesson well with these and always go with the large size and wait for a sale as they are almost always 2 for $20 or 2 for $22 at some point!

Any you already hauled or are plotting on hauling soon?

There was a Hot Buttered Rum or something last year for Christmastime I remember. I bought a tiny one, smelled good!

I buy the small ones if I am on the fence about a scent. I pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes and then I can pull it out of the glass and put it in a tart warmer.

Already excited. Though I’m not much of a candle person. I wish they would make more room scents.

Planning on hauling next month or the month after that (there are more fall scents coming, right?). My candles came yesterday, and Pumpkin Carving is to. die. for. Sweater Weather was a lot lighter than I was expecting (which is probably a good thing), but I haven’t burned it yet.

Oh, I always stock up on Leaves. I’m just holding off until the first 2/$22 sale. I picked up a few candles when they were $12, so I wanted to try a few new scents. I either smelled Autumn or Winter in the store last year, and I wasn’t impressed. I’ll check it out again though, because B&BW likes to tweak their scents. I have my eyes on Harvest Coffee (I missed out on Espresso Bar because I was making myself burn up my candle stash so I could stock up on fall candles again lol), Pumpkin Apple, Tailgate (which could be awesome or a major fail. That candle strikes me as an all-or-nothing scent), and a few others. I hate summer, and we still have, like, 2 more months of it. Ugh.

I have a small apt, so I don’t have much of a problem with the small & medium candles. I actually don’t like to buy candles with more than one wick anyway, because they burn so fast and I’m too cheap to have to buy new ones so quickly.

I’m all over the Harvest Coffee one. I love coffee scented candles and B&BW does a great job. Their Cafe Au Lait one was SO GOOD (smells like coffee, milk, vanilla, & cinnamon) and I’m so sad I only managed to get 2 little ones. :-(

We have had unusual below normal temps the last few days making me ready for Fall. Sadly, that won’t be for another 3 months here in Texas..

I can’t wait to bring a lot of these home! Autumn and Leaves are my all time favorites. I always stash one Leaves candle away, so when it finally does become fall like in Texas, I can light that baby up!

Some of the scent names sound exciting, but the actual descriptions less so. Apparently Apple Ale smells like…apple cinnamon? Yawn.

Are you kidding me? Apple Ale? Hell YES!

I’m not really a fall or cold weather type of gal, I like it warm. But with the temps over 90 in W.NY, I’m starting to yearn for cooler temps. These candles sound like the perfect accompaniment :)

On another note, I totally lament not getting air-conditioning. If I had a cool house (meaning NOT 83 degrees indoors) I would totally burn a couple of these babies :)

I was at the Bath and Body Works today and the Manager took me in the back and I got to smell the new candles.

Believe it or not the Harvest Coffee is the Bomb, it smelled delish!! The notes, were coffee, some chocolate and most definitely vanilla.

There was an Apple/Pumpkin, it smelled great too!! Also the Cider Lane to me is better this year, than last year. The Farmstand Apple, smelled just like a fresh juicy apple.

The manager told me that they go on sale on August 5th. They were also currently burning the Pumpkin Cupcake.

    Yippeee!!!
