Stila Stay All Day Prime & Anti-Shine for Fall 2013

Stila Stay All Day Prime & Anti-Shine

So you love Mally Face Defender? No? Maybe you adore Young Blood Anti-Shine Mattifier? Too costly for your tastes? Perhaps Avon’s MagiX Essential Face Mattifier is your poison?

Never tried any of ’em?

Well, that’s good, it means you can check out Stila’s new Stay All Day Prime & Anti-Shine available for Fall 2013.

I personally own, use, and love Mally’s Poreless Face Defender. GREAT product so I’m thrilled to see Stila created one. Stila Stay All Day Prime & Anti-Shine is apparently a very similar style of product to Mally’s own. This provides flawless coverage under or over makeup and acts as a primer to extend the wear of your foundation as well as keep skin mattified through the wear while blurring the appearance of pores. Stila claims it also reduces the appearance of fine lines and evens out skin tone (how?).

This has a crystal-like translucent finish that re-emits light to diffuse the look of imperfections and gives skin a smoother appearance.

I’ve likened to Mally’s version as being a silicone primer, melted down, and pressed in a compact and apparently that’s what Stila’s version might also be about!

It’s $30 and available for Fall 2013 at Ulta.com

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. It would be amazing if it was just as good as Mally’s because is cheaper and easier to buy

I love Mally’s version but I would consider getting this as a product to travel with! I hate how Mally’s doesn’t have a spot for the sponge 🙁

Oh- I’m excited for this release!
I’ve always wanted to try one of the other options you mentioned above, but neither of these brands is available in my country. Nor do I know of any online retailer that could send them to me.
I’ll make sure to pick this up as soon as it gets released. 🙂

I got the youngblood around the same time I got the benefit primer stick so I haven’t really had a chance to try it yet lol. I am loving the benefit tho. 🙂

May this also be available at Sephora. I could use this on my “less makeup” days.
