A Closer Look at the Sephora Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette

Sephora Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette

As you know Sephora has teamed up with Pantone this Fall (yet again) and created a lovely Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette. I haven’t personally had a chance to play with the Sephora Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette I got my hands on but I thought we might get a closer look at it together today before I follow up soonish with swatches and a review.

Take a look!

This a massive heavy plastic palette which has a completely removable magnetic cover. Inside each of the shadows is grouped into quads representing the four elements.

Most of the shades are soft mattes with a few sparkly colors. If you love delicate almost pastel-like shades with matte finishes you’re sure to enjoy this palette as those colors and that finish dominates this color scheme.

I haven’t really swatched or played with it as of yet but I’m excited to do so to see how pigmented the shades are and if the formula is as silky as it looks!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I think I’m a neutrals girl, but that sparkly tealish color in the top right of the ‘Water’ section looks gorgeous up close.

I can’t wait to see your review of these. I thought I needed it but resisted after seeing at Sephora. It’s so gorgeous, though, and I love how the shades look colorful yet are still fairly neutral.

I’ve seen this in person, but didn’t swatch anything. It’s definitely beautiful!

The texture overlay of the eyeshadow look amazing! If I got this I would never want to use it in fear of ruining the look.

Water, air, earth, and fire? They should call this the Avatar palette! Muse, you’ve obviously mastered make-up bending – would you become my mentor? 😀

  • Diana

I had to get this if for no other reason than it reminded me of the Avatar series!

I’m debating a serious period of no buying, but gaaaaaah SO pretty. The brownish shade in the Air quadrant confuses me (smog, maybe?) But I digress. Looking forward to your review 🙂
