About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. no that you have to do yourself but I have other product suggestions that do that 😀

I kinda want to try this one!
At least in this case the DD kinda makes since because it is DermaDoctor and then they put Dermatologically Defining. So it’s not like they are just slapping the next letters in the alphabet on. I feel like they are trying to be cute about it.

What’s next? GG creams? Let’s just go down the whole alphabet while we’re at it! Even Korea does not have “DD creams” yet! This is all marketing crap! They’re all basically glorified versions of a TINTED MOISTURIZER! -sigh-

  • Kim

I’ve tried it. It does do everything it says but it is heavy and difficult to apply. Not just tinted moisturizer. I was worried the self-adjusting color wouldn’t work on my fair skin, no problem. Other products went on well, no blotchiness. Good product but not an everyday must have.

if the BB’s don’t do ALL the things they advertise, and the CC’s don’t either,
what are we idiots???? NO go…..advertising BS. Jeez…we always WANT the next thing hoping, hoping, hoping, and they laugh all the way to the bank.
Sorry for venting, I’m still looking for the BB that works, and the cc that works……..with drawers filled with crap and no savings.
You’re beautiful the way you are Ladies, and the man who says he loves you will love you without makeup at night.

Mindy, I think maybe that’s the fun of makeup and beauty…trying new things and seeing if they work for us. I’m a beauty lover and I’ve had my fair share of disappointing products but it isn’t the end all because there are so many great return policies so if we hate it we can always bring it back 🙂 I have a very healthy savings account and I’m not putting myself in any debt by enjoying makeup/skincare/etc if I was I’d be worried 🙂 And I agree we are all beautiful just the way we are but make is supposed to be fun and a great way to inspire us to create something different! Don’t take it so seriously 🙂
