About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. If you’re that person feel free to reach out and leave a comment or follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Bloglovin‘.

    Oooooh, *drool*

Is it limited edition or is it going to be available at Ulta from here on out?

  • RedHeadTea

This is torture! Ulta doesn’t ship internationally. You’re killin’ me!

      • Madeline

What I used to do when I lived in Dominican Republic was use a carrier servive. The way it works is you either pay to use the service, you pay a the weight of the packages or both. They give you an address for a facility the service has in the US and a client number (so they know who’s package it is. You place your order as usual, put the service’s address as the shipping address and voilá! The one I used in Dominican Republic was AWESOME 🙂

MUSE!! Shut your mouth when you’re talking to me! The Muse speaketh and the Chelle listen-eth. Going to ulta.com right MEOW!

  • Simone

My Ulta is so weird, seems like they dont always get LE items?
Hopefully this shows up, what a deal!!

  • Ilinca Milosan

Noooooooooo, why do you do this to meeeee?! I always wanted to try Lorac eyeshadows (or anything from their brand), but I am also trying to abstain myself from buying moar makeup to save up for the Christmas deals that I know Tarte and UD will lavish us with xD Damnit!!!

  • Lena

Do you know if any of the colors are the same as in the Pro Palette? I don’t need any more eyeshadows but this is so tempting! I’m looking at them on the Ulta site and it doesn’t list the color names.

      • Madeline

You can find the names in the ingredients list! They are: Serenity, Bronze, Starlight, Celebutante, Smokin, Au Naturel, Shimmer, Sapphire, Mango, Gleam, Luxury and Dazzle!

    • AmyK

Lena, if you look at the ingredients list on the Ulta site, the eyeshadow names are mentioned. The shades are different than those in the pro palette. These are the singles Lorac sells separately.

    • Nicci

There are no repeats from the Pro palette but a couple of the colors are close – Smokin’ is similar to Taupe and Serenity would make a decent substitute for Lt Bronze. But IMO everyone needs this just for the color Sapphire, it is freakin’ gorgeous.

WELLLL if you say so. But only because you say so. Not because I wanted this or anything. ;]

      • Janis

Is this an Ulta exclusive or do you think it’ll eventually hit Sephora! Also, anyone know if the shadows are depottable?

        • the Muse

not sure if they are depotable Janis never really depot my shadows. It’s ulta exclusive and not available at Sephora nor will it be.

        • Grace

they are depotable! I was able to depot mine and they are magnetic so I just plopped them into my z palette!

  • AmyK

Hi Muse! I read your blog every day but I haven’t commented in awhile. They were selling these eyeshadow singles on Lorac’s website for $6. I called to ask them if they are reformulating or discontinuing these singles. She told me they will be discontinued so I stocked up on the Serenity shade! I hope Lorac comes out with some new singles because I don’t always like palettes in general (only use a few colors and waste the rest). I’m totally buying this kit because I can keep some and share the rest!

    • the Muse

yeah amy they have those on sale all the time in the VIP section which is why I loved this set as it cut the price down the $3! w00t! 😀 they seem to concentrate on palettes much of the time you are indeed correct…some new shades would not go unnoticed for me 😀

  • carolina leyva

muse! why do you make me want things that i dont need! i will def be picking this up though 🙂

  • Linda Daniels

Got to have this……a girl can never have too many Lorac eyeshadows……I wonder what the names of the colors are…..I love the nude color in the pro palette……..would love to have another one and the beautiful purple….

  • Natalye

I would love to see swatches of these! I have really been loving Lorac lately and this is a really good deal.

  • Rebecca

All of their single shadows are $6 right now on their website, which makes me wonder if they’re going for a reformulation and need to drop some stock. Still a good deal, though!
