Lorac Lip Lustre Gloss

Heads up lipgloss fans you’re going to love the new inexpensive Lorac Lip Lustre Gloss! These $15 lipglosses pack sparkle, shimmer, and glam into a gorgeous glossy formula for the Fall 2013 season.

Take a peek!

Lorac Lip Lustre are inspired by Lorac’s 3D Liquid Lustre Eye Shimmer as these glam glosses pack the sparkle. The gloss formula has a 3D sparkling effect on lips giving the appearance of full, lush lips with plenty of sparkle to amp up your look!

Lorac Lip Lustre Gloss Fall 2013

These are available in five shades with a paraben-free formula that is infused with antioxidants of açai berry, pomegranate, grape seed, and vitamins A, C, and E. Each gloss has a shorter haired, dense bristled brush for application which allows for the precise application.

Ruby Lustre, 3D Lustre, Fuchsia Lustre, Peach Lustre, Rose Lustre

I find the glosses run sheerer with a hint of tint and plenty of sparkle. Out of the five shades Ruby Lustre is definitely the most pigmented and leaves you with a sparkling ruby pout! Shades wear beautifully over lipstick and add plenty of sparkle and shine. They have a high glossy finish with a slightly tacky formula that allows them to adhere to lipsticks for a longer wear of at least four hours. The consistency is in the middle of being thicker and thin so they aren’t gooey nor are they super heavy but just right. They apply easily enough thanks to the shorter bristled brush and build equally as well. The glosses have a pleasant dessert-like taste, to me it’s kinda creme brulee-ish.

You can wear them as a topcoat to your favorite lipsticks to give a ton of sparkle but I personally like the way they look on their own as they inject my lips with a kiss of sparkle and a nice glossy finish!

If you really loved some of Lorac’s past Holiday Lipgloss Sets it’s a given you’re going to love the Lip Lustre Gloss!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. These are available in three shades- you may want to change to five. 🙂

My first thought is I want all of them, but after seeing the pics, maybe just two. Some of the colors look the same on you. I love LORAC glosses, but I may wait to see what the holiday kits look like. I love shimmer, but not feeling the love on these.

Quick update: Got my Megabrush Mascara from Avon. Not loving it. Will stick to their Super Extend mascara; my daytime HG.

Got the two new ELF pallettes Smoke and Sunset. It was my first purchase from ELF and I LOVE them!!! Very pigmented and blendable. Lots of shimmer, but not a disco ball. I’m wearing colors from Sunset at work today and my eyes are not screaming 80’s glitter. Very subtle.

Does the sparkle travel once it starts to wear down? I hate when I end up with sparkles all over my face… 😛

    • the Muse

it leaves some left over glitter but not a ton and def no issues with it migrating 🙂
