Sephora + Pantone Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette for Fall 2013

It’s ok to lem and possibly droll all over the new Sephora + Pantone Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette for Fall 2013. Like we need another palette right? But come on this is a stunning little creation that I must take come home with me tonight and be my little baby.

Take look!

Sephora + Pantone Elemental Energy Eye Shadow Palette ($38) contains six shades of shadow inspired by the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water.

Air

earth

Fire

Water

Shadows come in a range of semi-matte, shimmer, and glitter finishes to create multidimensional eye looks. Seeing as Sephora has had an excellent run with the Pantone Collection up until now I have a good feeling about this palette and look forward to a potential haul!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I saw this at Sephora and was attracted to it – talk about a moth to flame effect! However when I swatched it I was disappointed; it wasn’t very pigmented, and some shades were a tad chalky. No bueno for me!

I absolutely love the stamping in these shadows, especially the fire group! I will probably pick it up just for that!

I have to admit I’m spending way too much time trying to figure out which quad is which element. The top 4 shadows, by process of elimination I’m guessing they represent “air”? Why would dark chocolate brown be in “air”? I don’t know why this is so important to me…?
