Ecru New York Acacia Protein Masque Review

Ecru New York Acacia Protein Masque 2

Ecru New York Acacia Protein Masque ($25) is a new hair mask I’ve been chronically use the last month and I ADORE it. It’s the weirdest texture that kinda resembles a hair balm (think Orlando Bloom in Uno commercials!) but this stuff is a hair care miracle.

Loves it!

My hair runs drier and I have a ton of waves, curls, and a bit of frizz too! It’s thick and out of control and I like wearing it up at work to keep it from floating around my head as its own little entity.

The Ecru New York Acacia Protein Masque is a nourishing balm conditioner which tames the frizz, softens the locks, and refines my curls to a picture perfect finish! It’s a thick paste that quite reminds me of a hair balm of sorts that you’d use to style with! It’s formulated with sunflower and grape seed oil as well as shea butter and marine extracts to give hair a super hydrating experience with a few minutes of use and hell, my hair even feels stronger after a single use.

Just apply it in the shower to wet hair and wait for three to five minutes. First sniff it kinda smells like Lemon Pledge but once apply it takes on a delightful expensive salon shampoo smell (know what I mean?). Rinse it off after five minutes and step out of the shower to style as usual. If you have several dry and damaged hair you can use it as a mask by applying to towel dried hair. Slip on a plastic cap and sit around for five minutes or more and proceed to rinse. Your hair will thank you!

It makes my longer wavy hair fair more manageable with less frizz. Plus the softer texture of my hair…WOW…! Love! The bad part for me is it causes a good deal of build up so be sure to clarify well at the end of your week to minimize build up!

If you have issues with drier hair or damaged hair that needs strength and moisture back I’d recommend this mask!

Looks like a great mask! I would love to try it, but I’m pretty committed to my Essential hair masks- have you tried them? What do you think? I’m curious! 😀

This masque is incredible! It’s the best treatment for dry and damaged hair! I’ve been using it for 2 months and I’m impressed how silky and shine my hair is! Check it here
