Lipstick Queen Rose & Shine Lip and Cheek Pot Review & Swatches

Lipstick Queen Rose & Shine

Don’t kill me but Lipstick Queen Lip and Cheek Pot is again sold out at QVC and I’m reviewing it today. It sold out before and it came back recently for $11 oh hell what a score…!

I actually posted about when it was $11 so hopefully everyone got their hands on it when I originally discussed it.

Take a look!

Lipstick Queen Rose & Shine Cheek Pot

Lipstick Queen Lip and Cheek Pot is basically the equivalent to Sinner Shine Hardcore Gloss. Same texture, same pigment, same packaging…makes me want to haul out a few of my Sinner Shine Glosses and see how they work as a blusher!

This is housed in a massive .44oz plastic jar so you do have to dip in with fingers for the best application. A brush would work for lips but not for face as it is crazy pigmented so swirling a blusher brush in it and applying would be a mess!

The texture is highly emollient with a shiny finish on lips and full opaque color. It’s a healthy rosy shade that should work on many skin tones across the board so long as you don’t have redness on your cheeks already. It gives cheeks a very lovely natural flush of color and can be built up easily for a more intense look! Plus it’s pretty much bulletproof as it’ll well over eight hours on cheeks and around four on lips before fading to a lovely stain. It isn’t dewy on skin even though the texture is very thick and moisturizing. It blends out to a soft, smooth finish.

I absolutely adore it!

I really adore this and the size ensures I won’t run out of quickly!

Hopefully QVC releases it again at some point or it becomes available directly from Lipstick Queen.

As of now I’d recommend Evil-bay for a purchase if you loves it.

Anyone own it?

Do share!

I purchased this item.

From the picture it kinda looks like the Josie Maran Coconut cheek stains only wayyyy more pigmented lol

I got this when they did the show from the Hampton’s for Ovarian Cancer. I love how this is a dual purpose product and the staying power is super. At the crazy price of $11 it is a steal. I use a mineral foundation so, in order to use this as a blush, I apply it after my primer and before foundation. I find it more user friendly, for me, and this blends it down enough so that I don’t look like a clown.

I was one of the fortunate ones who obtained this from the Q when you gave us a head’s up a while back. I absolutely adore the color! I reach for mine all the time. I prefer it as a blush, although I also use it on my lips, along with a clear lip balm. There’s something about it that is drying or feels weird on my lips if I don’t use a balm with it.

yay annie so glad you got it! 😀 I’m ok without, feels emollient to me thankfully but I like adding a bit of gloss for even more of a shiny finish 😀

Color is dynamic! I didn’t expect so much pigment but then it’s hard to equate “sinner” with a gloss. To me gloss is sheer and liquid lipstick is pigmented. But… that’s just me. LOL

I love the pigmentation on this and for $11 it’s budget friendly.

QVC website crapped out on me in the past month or so so I missed this. What a shame! It’s absolutely gorgeous and I’d totally have hauled it. :/
