I’ve been busy having an absolute love affair with Laura Geller Beauty Creme Sheers Hydrating Lip Color ($35 Trio)! Tried ’em? You absolutely must! These beautiful balms keep lips hydrated while providing beautiful long wearing coverage to your pout.

Laura Geller Beauty Creme Sheers Hydrating Lip Color are a balm slash lipstick hybrid formula that provide the color of a lipstick and the hydrating formula of a balm. Each is packed with jojoba, shea butter, and vitamin E to protect lips and keep them soft, supple, and smooth through the wear. They glide on and provide rich, velvety color with a slightly slippery texture and a semi-matte finish that wears incredibly lightweight but still manages to provide opaque color. Although marketed as sheer they are anything but! The formula provides a nice pop of color to my lips with a single application.

Cherry Jubilee, Pink Guava, Rich Pomegranate

I love how these feel slippery going on but the finish has a soft velvet satin look sans any glitter or shimmer. The hydrating color wears like a color wash and feels virtually weightless on lips. Color wears for a solid four hours without migrating or losing its intensity. At around hour five you’ll see fading and a nice stain left behind from the two darker shades.

I’ve run across quite a few hybrid formulas lately that act as a balm, lipstick, and even a gloss all in one but Laura Geller Beauty Creme Sheers Hydrating Lip Color are by far my favorite at the moment! Rich color, moisture, and a lightweight texture makes them an instant win!
