Lush Pumpkin Bubble Bar Review

Lush Pumpkin Bubble Bar

He’s not the great pumpkin but the Lush Pumpkin Bubble Bar is cute as hell. Squishy, smooshed, and squashed this little guy wants to add a little Halloween love to your bath this year!

Take a look!

If you have children the little Lush Pumpkin Bubble Bar is the perfect treat for your little tricksters and yes for you too!

Mumkin is a raspberry scented bubbler that was launched with the Lush Mother’s Day Collection and it was so popular that Lush decided to scent Pumpkin just like her! This mischievous little pumpkin has a licorice top, vegan chocolate chip eyes, and scents your bath (and colors it with orange) with an earthy blend of orange flower and soft ylang ylang. The fragrance is a delicate, feminine, and soft floral!

I always get comments that say, “But Muse I don’t take baths, I don’t feel clean after taking a bath..” I don’t take baths to get clean…I take showers…! And I totally agree a bath doesn’t make me feel exactly clean. Weird mentality maybe but it is true. I DO however, take baths a few times a week when I get home just to relax. There is absolutely nothing like sinking into a hot tube of water with mounds of beautifully scented bubbles with the wind blowing outside my bathroom window and some beautiful classic music playing in the background (I like ducking my head under water and playing the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack….call me weird but the music sounds so incredible when my head is under water plus picturing Mr Darcy behind my eyes isn’t exactly shabby either hehe!)

To use the bubble bar all you have to do is run a bath and crumble chunks of this bubble bar under running water. He’ll create mounds and mounds of beautiful bubbles. You can be a bit frugal as well and crumble half in and save half for another bath! He really moisturizes skin well so you’ll feel slick after your bath just be careful stepping out!

Lush Pumpkin Bubble Bar is only around a very short time and he’ll be gone once Halloween is over but don’t worry Figs and Leaves Soap is here to stay and is scented with the same beautiful blend of floral notes so you can get your little Pumpkin fix well after he is gone!

Highly recommend this little guy for all autumn baths.

He’s available now at Lush Boutiques or online at www.lushusa.com

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Oh I want to eat that bar! I love Lush bath bombs but I need to try the picturing-Mr-Darcy trick. I think where Colin Firth jumps into the lake is good enough… do you have a favourite scene?

I thought this looked very similar to Mumkin. I loved that one, so I may have to give this one a shot. I’m very frugal with them though and probably divide them into 4 baths at least.

I have a bubble bar trick. I bought an Extra Large tea ball off of Amazon for about 3 bucks and I put half a bubble bar inside and use the chain on it to attach it to the water spout I get TONS of bubbles much more then if I just crumble it into the bath.

I only take a nice hot bath when I want to relax and pamper myself a bit (a glass of wine is also necessary haha). That pumpkin bubble bar is so stinkin’ cute!
