What are the little short things between the eyeliners and the brushes? Some other type of eyeliner?

smudge crayons but Stila lists them as smudge pots on the site and saying it includes four but this is only three and not pots, but pencils.

That is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s just like an art set I had from FAO Schwartz 8 million years ago. If I liked (a lot) I’d be all over that bad boy. Genius!

Price seems high… aren’t these holiday sets supposed to be a bargain?

The lip glazes on their own would retail at about $150 individually, so if you consider that you get eight eyeliners, three smudge sticks, a dozen eyeshadows, four blushes, and three brushes as well, $185 is a bargain.

Hi Muse: do you know if any of the items are full sized?

i don’t know the exact sizes but the lipglazes are deluxe 0.5 oz each, the shadows/blushes/eyeliners are full size, smudger eyeshadows are mini but I’m just assuming. I don’t have exact sizes of the product sunfortunately!

This is adorable! I love the packaging, reminds me of those huge Crayola art sets. I don’t love Stila enough to invest in this, but I’m sure somebody will.

Hi Muse: On Sephora, it says that a regular Stila Lip Glaze is 0.08 oz. If these lip glazes in this set are 0.50 oz, then are they larger than a typical lip glaze?? Is that what you meant by deluxe? 🙂
    thank you

I came across a similar Stila set in Sephora the other night that was far more affordable. Only $70 And it was a case like this packed to the tits with various shadows, lip products, blush etc.

There’s a smaller version, I think it’s called the Artist Signature Set. Although this one doesn’t seem to be available in the UK either:-( Sometimes wish we had Sephora and Unita here.

I was able to buy this in February 2014 from Ulta for 100 bucks. It was a steal! On the one hand waiting until after the holiday season can make you miss out. On the other hand if sets like this one are still in stock after the season, they are always awesome deals. I also got the Mally Beauty Ultimate Mega Kit for 400 on Hautelook just last week. Although it was the Ultimate Mega Kit instead of the Merry Mega Kit you reviewed, the two kits only have a few insignificant differences between the two. Most of the differences are color swaps and the Merry Kit had 68 items where I counted 64 on the Ultimate kit. Try to keep an eye out for the good sales.
