Tarte Rare Gem Picture Perfect Eyelash Curler

The Tarte Rare Gem Picture Perfect Eyelash Curler Set (LE) ($19) is a great way to introduce your friends to the joys of Tarte Mascara and get them a blinged out eyelash curler too with this cute set launching with the Tarte Holiday 2013 Collection.

Take a look!

Tarte Rare Gem Picture Perfect Eyelash Curler Set

The Tarte Rare Gem Picture Perfect Eyelash Curler Set comes with a limited edition rhinestone purple encrusted eyelash curler as well as a deluxe size of Tarte’s popular Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara.

I don’t particularly love spring lash curlers as they are like deadly weapons in my hands. For some reason I always end up pinching myself horribly with spring curlers but Tarte has improved on their spring action curler. This has a nice wide space for lids and I don’t feel scared pressing down on the handle as it fits the contour of my eye perfectly not leaving room or space that leads to pinching. The curler produces a more separated lash look which gives eyes a fluttery appearance after mascara is applied. So if you like a lighter, natural, separated look with natural more fluttery lashes you’ll enjoy the results of this curler.

Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara gives lashes a good deal of length and volume. It’s one of the very few mascaras I own that actually produces both excellent length and fuller more volumized lashes. The formula never flakes or smudges on my drier eyes and it doesn’t leave lashes stiff or crunchy.

Pairing the two up produces some nicely longer lashes with a more separated appearance. I think the curler takes away from the volume factor a tiny bit and has a more separated look which gives a more fluttery finish.

Lights-Camera-Lashes Mascara

This little set is cute as little stocking stuffer for beauty lovers! Pair it with the Best in Lash Collection and you’ll have one happy mascara loving girl!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Quick question, since I’ve never used a lash curler before (shocking, I know)! Do you use mascara before or after curling? And if it’s before, do you let it dry before using the curler?

before mascara lauren never ever ever after…you’ll break off your lashes if you curl with mascara on.

if eyelash curlers didn’t terrify me all the way down to my chucks, I’d be all over this! It’s my fav color and it’s sparkly!
