Bath & Body Works Lambie Slippers (2013) Review

Bath & Body Works Lambie Slippers

Bath & Body Works Lambie Slippers are back for a limited time at Bath & Body Works stores or online at www.bathandbodyworks.com. A long time ago in a land far, far away Bath & Body Works included a Lambie Collection with every Holiday release. There was a blanket, slippers, plush toys, gift sets, socks, and tons of other Lambie accessories and goodies.

Lambie disappeared a few years ago but thankfully popped up again this year but only in a slipper! Sadness! Someone needs to start a Lambie petition to bring it all back.

Needless to say though you really should grab yourself a set of Bath & Body Works Lambie Slippers ($16.50) because they make a darling gift for friends and family or to spoil yourself.

Take a peek!

Bath & Body Works Lambie Slippers 1

This plush slippers are adorable as adorable can be. They are pretty much the same exact slipper as last year but this year Lambie features a pink bow in her head versus the gold plastic bow from last year. They fit my feet in a warm, snuggle of soft fabric keeping my tootsies comfortable and warm! I have my set from last year (and many years before that) and they still look and feel fab….!

But I couldn’t resist indulging again.

Isn’t it cute that the bottom has “count sheep” on the soles?

Adorable!

Pick up a few pairs and tuck them into a gift bag as a sweet gift for the Holidays! But get them now as they tend to disappear really fast!

Are you a Lambie lover?

I purchased this item.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. I bought the slipper socks this year. Yes, Lambie needs to come back in full force again.

Wish BBW would listen to its customers…. They’d bring back Lambie full force, AND bring back the 3 in 1 temptations. Both those things were insanely popular, and both were stupidly discontinued by BBW. I think the longer BBW is around, the less popular it gets because it wants to position itself as something it is not, nor was it ever. If it had stayed true to its roots, I think it would be far more popular than it is now. It’s trying to be a semi upscale perfumer/bath shop, and its missing the mark badly. Much of what they make smells pretty much the same – generically floral/sweet.

Ah well, when I get to be Queen, it will all change….:)

My Mom gave me the Lambie stuffed animal a few years ago and I have to hide it in the top of the closet or my little calico cat steals it and drags it around the house. It doesn’t matter that it’s almost as big as she is, she’s determined to kill it.

I tired the lambie slippers last year and they were a full #FAIL.
They go flat immediately and they picked up every little dirt everywhere. And any little thing would get tied up in the lambie hair. After one or two wears I tossed them out.

They are definitely indoor shoes only. Don’t think you can wear them to go out and just get the newspaper, they will be a mess.

i don’t go outside with mine…strictly indoors. So far they are holding up well for me, still have last year’s set and I have wood floors but they aren’t dirty or falling apart. surprised!

I bought these and the matching socks about 3 weeks ago in store. They do run small! I wear a 7 and the large fit me JUST right. My sister is a 7.5 and these did not fit her. Sadsies 🙁

Aw man, I’m so mad that I forgot about these when I made my purchase online last week! So cute. They look really soft and warm too.

I got these several years ago and I LOVED them! Super cute and comfy. BUT they got super dirty really fast (on hardwood floors) after a few months and washing them only ruined them.
That said, I’m a sucker for cute slippers so I’ll prob be buying them again this year! 🙂
