Bobbi Brown Smokey Kajal Eyeliner Review & Swatches
Bobbi Brown Smokey Kajal Eyeliner ($24) recently released in six shades with the new Bobbi Brown Smokey Collection and hey, if you scored Bobbi’s new Smokey Mascara these will pair up nicely with it!
These eyeliners kick it old school with a true pencil kajal formula!
Take a look!
There’s just something about traditional eyeliner pencils that I love. Bobbi Brown Smokey Kajal Eyeliner might sound fancy but these are classic kohl eyeliners right down to the core.
The pencils are dual sided with a sponge tip smudger on one end and the pencil on the other for easy blending and smoking out. Bobbi captured the classic, traditional eyeliner formula in this new pencil and manages to do so with a more creamier texture than any old school kohl. They apply with minimal effort and no tugging or pulling! The soft texture applies easily on the waterline and blends out super simply! I rocked the shade Noir on my waterline all day without a hiccup (or a need for reapplication) without it smudging or fading away although the wear time is around four to five hours on the waterline. The shades start off drier but they have a super smooth application with a matte finish on the lash line.
I like there isn’t any shimmer, sparkle, or pearl here as every single shade is easy enough to sport on my upper lash line as well as easy for tightlining and waterlining!

Sometimes taking the way back machine (or the Tardis) to 1980 eyeliner works out well. Bobbi pleases with these new Smokey Kajal Eyeliner Pencils and gives us the gift of the 80’s with a formula that’s very much part of the future.
