Estee Lauder Naughty Pure Color Blush Review & Swatches
Estee Lauder Naughty Pure Color Blush was a limited edition shade launched in Spring 2012 but no worries if you love Naughty you can always haul it at the Cosmetics Company or Evil-bay.
And of course, the entire Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush Collection is still very much alive and kicking in the permanent Estee Lauder line.
Let’s take a look!
I fell in Love with the Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush Collection and started collecting these fabulously pigmented blushes when I realized I wasn’t willing to dish out the cash for a Tom Ford Blush. These beautiful blushes are $30, available in a wide range of shades, and house .24 oz of product and yes, they are as luxurious as Tom Ford’s blushes!
These have a finely milled silky texture that applies and blends beautifully on cheek bones. The formula is incredibly long wearing and I’d say most comparable to Tarte Amazonian Blushes or NARS Blushes in terms of pigment and wear time. The texture is simply beautiful to work with and oh so pigmented.
I picked up Estee Lauder Naughty Pure Color Blush (kinda reminds me of NARS Taos or Taj Mahal) recently at the Woodbury Commons Cosmetic Company Store for half price (I think I paid $15 bucks). If you’re in New York they have a TON of them available so if you love the shade maybe head up there and do some damage (P.S. Le Sportsac has 40% off everything in store even the It’s a Small World Print so if you’re making the pilgrimage might as well hit up that sale too!).
Naughty is actually TOO pigmented for me. Who would think I’d ever say something like that? This is a stunning warm orange shade that can be worn full on darker skin tones (there’s plenty of pigment here for deeper skin tones) or sheerer out on fairer skin to a pretty shade of peach when blended out well! The color is so beautiful I wish I could get away with it for a more dramatic look but it is a bit more pigmented than I’m willing to go with my blush.
Needless to say it’s still very pretty and very unique.
Do love!
The Pure Color Blush range always gets my highest approval. I love them! Very well worth picking up a shade or two and possibly one my favorite and HG (holy grail) blushes!
If you’re craving the Tom Ford Blushes but not the $56 price tag I’d highly suggest Pure Color Blush as a most excellent replacement!
Do you own any?
