Lush Celebrate Body Lotion Review
Love Lush Snow Showers? You’ll adore the new Lush Celebrate Body Lotion ($29.95)! Lush Celebrate Body Lotion is really new, especially if you live in Japan, as its been a staple of the Japanese Lush Skincare Collection for a while now.
But finally, bless be to the Lush gods, we get Celebrate Body Lotion just in time for the Holiday season! And we can hope and pray that it’ll stay on well after the Holiday season (just wishful thinking on my part so best get moving and stock up on this gorgeous lotion now before it disappears!).
Lush Celebrate Body Lotion is a limited edition luxuriously rich and beautifully scented body cream that’s available with the Lush Christmas/Holiday 2013 Collection.
If you’re a fond fan of Lush Snow Showers, Lush Christmas Party Bath Bomb, or Golden Wonder Bath Bomb you’ll be fairly familiar with the scent. This is a blend of orange flower, zippy and tart lime, cognac oil, and benzoin which basically makes it smell like a a fruity, sweet lime candy or a bubbly glass of champagne perhaps with a squeeze of lime! It has an effervescent fragrance that tickles your nose and makes you think of a fine bubbly!
This is very rich and very emollient so if you have dry elbows, knees, and legs you’re going to adore it. The texture is quite like Lemony Flutter but has a richer, thicker texture. I’d go so far to say it is greasy at first application but sets to a soft, supple feel and finish. A little goes a very long way!
And the smell god the gorgeous intoxicating fragrance! I applied it on my arms in the AM and the scent was still going strong ten hours later. It just smells incredible. I actually have the Lush Snow Showers Forum Perfume so this pairs up beautifully with it unfortunately I’ve long since used up my Lush Snow Showers Solid Perfume otherwise I’d layer with all three!
Needless to say Lush Celebrate Body Lotion is a decadent treat for the Holidays and gets a BIG Muse Approval.
You must pick this up!
It’s gorgeous!
