Bath & Body Works Velvet Sugar New Fragrance

Bath & Body Works Velvet Sugar

Bath & Body Works is getting fancy with the fragrance bottles lately point in case the new Bath & Body Works Velvet Sugar Eau De Parfum. How very Victoria’s Secret of them with this bottle (the brands are sisters anyway so I’m happy some of VS’s charm is rubbing off on BBW).

It’s been a while since Bath & Body Works captured my eye with fragrances because their scents are very, very, very repetitive. I love that they provide so much variety and launch so many collections a year. But I’d love it if they just did three or four big fragrance launches a year that are completely unique versus ten to twelve that are exactly the same…!

But Velvet Sugar sounds interesting enough now to smell it!

Bath & Body Works Velvet Sugar is available in a variety of products including body cream, shower gel, etc…and of course Eau de Parfum (as pictured above).

This is a blend of red velvet cream with golden plum and sugared musk, wild strawberries, and pink jasmine! Sounds like the perfect fruity floral to me!

Top Notes: Wild Strawberries, White Nectarine, Pear Blossom, Apple Nectar
Mid Notes: Pink Jasmine, Golden Plum, Red Velvet Créme, Dewy Honeysuckle, Freesia
Dry Notes: Golden Amber, Vanilla , Tolu Balsam, Caramel, Bailey’s Creme, Sugared Musk

It’s available now.

Need to try it!

How about you?

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. I took advantage of the Facebook offer posted by B&BW yesterday to get the shower gel, lotion, and fragrance mist for $15. I think I like it. I haven’t had it long enough to really know. It is super sweet but not overly perfume-y, which is good IMO.

IMO I don’t think it smells like sweet pea at all (don’t care for sweet pea at all btw)This may be my new fave from bath and body works, I get more of the strawberry and red velvet creme from it. I was also fortunate enough to get the 3 for $15 deal 🙂

This heavenly aroma was floating through the mall the last time I visited, haven’t been this excited about a fragrance from Bath and Body Works to be honest. This is very good, and unique flavor for a perfume.

I have a mini-bottle of this as a lotion, and it smells really good. I’m usually not a fan of plum notes in lotions, preferring to use them as shower gel, but this one won me over. 🙂

I was so excited to try this one because I LOVE Red Velvet (to eat) lol! I got it and was bummed. Wasn’t what I guess I was expecting. I am more of a sweet scents girl, like Pink Chiffon, Sweet on Me Paris. Oh well, looking forward to seeing their Spring scents soon! 🙂
