Too Faced Instant Attitude Brow Lift 3

Meet the brand new Too Faced Instant Attitude Brow Lift ($20) your gateway an instant eye lift in a pencil. This chubby vanilla cream pencil was released with the new Too Faced Haute Chocolate Collection for Spring 2014 and if you’re working with all the wondrous chocolate shades in Too Faced’s new Chocolate Bar Palette chances are you going to adore this brow highlighter.

Take a peek!

Too Faced Instant Attitude Brow Lift is a dense, matte light cream shaded pencil you can use to add an arch and lift to your brow bone. This adds a fresh, awake look to eyes in a hurry. I suffer from sleepy eyes myself so a little of this on my brow bone adds a natural lift to my eyes. You can also use a smidge to contour with but user beware it is very, very light so be sure to blend out. A little down the side of your nose will also work fab to highlight and contour the area. Apply to the inner corner of your eyes as well diffuse darkness!

My favorite use?

As a blending tool for the pigmented shades of shadow in the new Chocolate Bar Palette. I like apply all over my brow bone and into the upper part of my crease after shadow application to highlight the entire area I’ve already shaded with eyeshadow. It also blends out any harsh lines I may have in my crease as I blend it with my finger.

Even though the texture isn’t as creamy as Benefit’s High Brown I feel like it works considerably better due to the brighter, whiter color.

I could see this easily becoming part of my daily regime! It’s just a handy tool to have around to get my eyes look bright eyed and busy tailed!

Score!

I wonder if this could be worn in the waterline? It seems like the perfect color for that. Whites are too harsh but most of the nude pencils out there aren’t really any brighter than my natural skin tone.

Hi Muse. I’ve been considering this because I have slightly hooded eyes and thought it might help open them up a bit. Can I take it from your review that you have no issues with tugging or dragging? Like you, the skin around my eyes is a dry as the desert and we both know tugging on that fragile skin is a big no no. Thanks.

this is dense deb…there is def tugging/dragging involved as it isn’t as creamy as other highlighter pencils I’ve used. I didn’t mind so much above my eyes but if you use below it could present a problem! around my lid/highbrow I don’t experience the dryness I do below my eyes so I didn’t mind so much application in these area but if have crepey skin around this area def go with something creamier and avoid this!
