L’Oreal True Match Mineral Powder Collection for Spring 2014

L'Oreal True Match Mineral Powder Collection

A new L’Oreal True Match Mineral Powder Collection is launching at drugstores for Spring 2014. This comes in a press mineral powder formula as well as a loose mineral powder formula. Supposedly the formula improves smoothness, clarity, and evenness of your complexion (dunno how a mere powder does this but cool beans I guess!?).

L’Oreal already has a True Match Naturale Mineral Foundation so I guess that will be replaced by this collection at some point. I’m sure the formulas are very similar so if you love and use the original you’ll likely get on fine with this new collection.

There are a few more photos after the jump.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I’ve been using the “original” version off & on for over 5 years, and I quite like it. I don’t need a full-coverage foundation on a daily basis, as I have fairly decent skin, but I really like this as an”everyday” product for low-maintenance days. If I use it with a TM, then I get fuller coverage, but it still looks like my natural skin. It’s been on clearance at several stores, so I thought it may be being DCd, but I’m happy to see it’s being “re-incarnated”, and the pressed version seems promising, and more convenient.

I saw both this and the new Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder on Ulta’s website and am thinking I *have* to have both! As soon as my colors become available, I’ll let you know how both powders are!
