Mally Holiday High Shine Liquid Lipstick Set

Mally’s High Shine Liquid Lipstick is simply incredible and better yet Mally Holiday 2013 High Shine Liquid Lipstick Collection is even more incredible because it contains six full size Mally Beauty High Shine Liquid Lipsticks at a fantastic $45 price tag.

You NEED these.

Mally Holiday 2013 High Shine Liquid Lipstick Collection

The best part of beauty around the Holidays is more for less and the Mally Holiday 2013 High Shine Liquid Lipstick Collection is one of those perfect sets that delivers on quality and gets you more for less.

It’s hard to pick any one gloss set as a favorite because I know I have several but I must say at the top of the list is most definitely this collection.

Mally packages up her cult favorite High Shine Liquid Lipsticks which are typically $20 each into a gold studded gift box for gifting (but I’m doubtful anyone will be able to pry this away from me).

You get four fan favorite shades along with two brand new shades in this collection!

Shades Include:

  • Sweet Berry
  • Natural Nude
  • Delish
  • Heartbreaker
  • Whimsical
  • OMG…Pink

I was shocked that there were a good deal of negative reviews on the set at QVC.com because I loved it so much I ended up purchasing two to gift some beauty lovers in my life.

High Shine Liquid Lipstick is one of the more comfortable liquid lipsticks I own. They are exactly the formula they are named for! High shine, pigmented, and a liquid lipstick hybrid texture that’s part gloss, part lipstick. You get the pigment of a lipstick here and the shininess and texture of a gloss!

They come in a click pen with an attached lip brush for application. The formula is SUPER thick and creamy with a slight tack that allows them to wear for around four hours but beware they like to travel so a little transparent or colored lipliner is recommended to keep them from migrating. The texture is fairly comfortable and moist on my drier lips and the high shine finish lasts well into three hours of application before losing a bit of intensity at hour four. All the shades here are opaque on a single layer with excellent color coverage and popping pigment.

And probably the best part of all about the collection is every single shade worked well for me. There are brights here as well as MLBB (my lips but better shades) and even a few nudes that work great for me without looking living dead girl-like on my lips!

Overall, this set an excellent pick up and well worth grabbing. If you love the a gloss formula with plenty of shine and enjoy the pigment of a lipstick I think you’re in for a treat with Mally’s Holiday High Shine Liquid Lipstick Collection! I got last year’s and ADORED it and this years is just as wonderful!

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Hi Muse! I’m sorry this comment doesn’t have to do with the Mally lipsticks but I was hoping for your opinion! I am debating between a Tarte brush kit (Brushed my Beauty) and an It Cosmetics brush kit (Heavenly Lux)for Christmas and I know you’ve used both brands’ brushes before so I’d love to know which one you prefer so I can make the right choice. I have a feeling I can’t go wrong with either one but I’d like to know your opinion and any of your readers’ if they’d like to chime in. Thank you!

both are excellent picks lena just depends what you want to spend…it cosmetics is cheaper with one extra brush and tarte’s is more expensive with only five brushes…either set is an excellent pick in my opinion. soft bristles, sturdy handles, shed-free.

Thanks for answering! That seems to be the general opinion, that both sets of brushes are great. I keep going back and forth but I think I just decided to go with It. I don’t really like double ended brushes because I store my brushes standing up and 2 of the Tarte brushes are double ended. Let’s see if I don’t change my mind again, though! 😉

Gah! I was trying to hold out on this but I’m gonna get it. Still trying to talk myself out of getting her TSV for this Friday.

I have one of these that came in a Mally set from Ulta, and for some reason I just can’t get into it. It has a weird scent and there’s some glitter in it that makes it feel gritty on my lips. Too bad! Maybe I just have the wrong shade or something. 🙁
