Clinique Cheek Pop Blush Review & Swatches
Clinique Cheek Pop Blush ($21) is probably one of the most delightful blushes I’ve run across as of late! These cute daisy shaped blushes get a Spring 2014 launch in four different shades.
Not only are they cute but they pack fantastic pigment and a smooth texture that blends and applies like a dream.
Clinique Cheek Pop Blush come in a clear compact featuring 0.12 oz of blush. At first touch you’ll notice these have a very smooth yet dense consistency. They quite remind me of a patch of ice as they have a very smooth consistency that’s dense to the touch but manages to yield beautiful color. I was worried as dense does mean dry but these actually have a surprising texture which is quite pigmented with a lovely easy to wear formula that applies and blends easily with intense, dramatic color pay off or sheerer, more natural color.
These shades can be used across the board on a wide range of skin tones and types. Color is almost like a cream once applied as it gives a seamless natural finish on skin that never clings to drier areas or accentuates pores. You can layer, build, and play with these as much as you like without every over doing it. The blush applies easily and each shade provides a very natural, healthy glow on cheeks. It truly is a surprise that a blush this dense provides such beautiful color but indeed it does!
On top of the lovely pigment and formula these also wear for a solid twelve hours without a touch up. They do not lose intensity and wear long and hard!
