About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. Ooooh, love the top right peachy one & the bottom left orange shade. At only $7, I can get both 😀

Might have to try these if I feel the blush itch hit since they’ll be nicer to my wallet 🙂

Also, I saw NYX has new radiant finishing powder and it has my eye twitching. Pretty sure they’re almost exact dupes for Bobbi Brown’s. Especially the Brightening color from NYX, looks exactly like BB’s porcelain pearl…. and holy shit the price tag difference. 8.99 vs $50! I think I might have to break my no buy and try the NYX brightening shade and compare it to my Bobbi Brown… I’m 3 seconds away from having a makeup freak out….

I saw these at Ulta and had to test them. They are beautiful on the skin. Good color payoff IMO. I purchased it in Full on Femme (light pink) and I love it. Adds a glow without looking overly shimmery on me.
