Olay Fresh Effects Soak Up the Sun Lightweight Moisturizing Sunscreen Review & Swatches
Olay Fresh Effects Soak Up the Sun Lightweight Moisturizing Sunscreen ($14.99) is one of several new Olay Fresh Effects products that are launching for Spring 2014.
Take a look!
Olay Fresh Effects Soak Up the Sun Lightweight Moisturizing Sunscreen would possibly be one of my favorite skincare products of 2014 IF it had more protection.
This is a sheer very lightweight runny consistency moisturizer that’s infused with essence of honeysuckle and white tea. It has a delightful fresh floral scent that’s a bit strong so beware if you’re sensitive. It absorbs in a snap and kinda reminds me a bit of Etude House Dear Girls Be Clear Moisturizer.
The formula is oil free and promises 24 hours of moisture through the wear. Personally my skin is dry so I get some nice hydration from this but I ideally I do need more. This is one of those great lightweight, weightless moisturizers that’s ideal for Summer wear. It’s light, it isn’t greasy or oily, doesn’t produce shine, absorbs easily, and doesn’t leave a white cast on skin. It also contains a Broad Spectrum SPF 15 but…
That’s a little low for me.
Hook me up with an SPF 50 in this formula and I’d be one happy camper for Summer 2014! The SPF 15 is a little low so it might make a rather perfect lightweight moisturizer slash sunscreen for Winter when you aren’t outside as much.
This one is available now at drugstores.
