Glam Glow Bright Mud Eye Treatment Review
Glam Glow Bright Mud Eye Treatment you too expensive for my tastes! I recently purchased the 12 pack of this new mud eye treatment mask for $69 at Sephora and I have to say they are just too EXPENSIVE for what they don’t do.
Glam Glow Bright Mud Eye Treatment are tiny pods that contain a bioactive mud mask that can be used under your eyes to help with puffiness, dark circles, and fine lights. The formula also happens to promise to brighten and hydrate. It contains nutrients as well as minerals that brighten your eyes.
To use you simply tap the product under your eyes to active it, wait for 2 to 3 minutes, and wipe off. Apparently results are visible with your first use.
I used all 12 and didn’t see a damn thing happen.
Seriously.
It contains some emollient ingredients but I felt a bit dry coming out of the experience. Going on the texture has a nice hydrating feel but contains these odd seaweed-like chunks that I found irritating. This has a pleasant herbal minty scent and I didn’t experience any tingling during application or during the wear. As you head into the three minute mark you’ll notice the product becomes less hydrating and produces more of a drying effect and tightens around the eye. This makes for a pain to wipe off excess…I find I’m tugging to get it all off which isn’t exactly a good thing around the delicate area of your eye.
This does contain caffeine but unfortunately I didn’t really experience the depuffing benefits from such a great ingredient, my eyes still very much looked puffy after one application and after all 12 as well.
On a whole you might experience some temporary tightening if you have saggy under eye issue due to the unusual film formers in the ingredients but aside from that any other anti-aging benefits or brightening benefits are an unfortunate bust for me.
I really had hopes for this as it sounded promising but it just didn’t work out for me.
Tried it?
I’d love to hear your thoughts!
