Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur Review & Swatches
If you’re a Sephora VIBer you can grab Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur ($55) as an early purchase at Sephora.com!
Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur is a new oil-free lightweight facial primer or as Lancome calls it a skin finisher that blurs the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and pores.
It’s enriched with Photosmooth optical technology that leaves skin with a velvety matte flawless finish.
I got the chance to try out a sample of Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur and really loved it. It’s what I had hoped LOreal Youth Code Texture Perfector Pore Vanisher and Garnier Skin Renew 5 Second Blur Instant Smoother would be like!
This is an oil-free facial primer that can be used as the last step in your skincare routine after moisturizer and sunscreen and prior to makeup to prep skin. I don’t really have visible pores or finer lines on my face. I do struggle with visible pores on my nose and finer lines under my eyes but none the less I prep with a facial primer daily to extend the wear of my foundation and makeup and also just to give me my complexion or more refined and finished appearance.
Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur is what I look for in a facial primer as it is silicone based but also has a creamier texture. This has a subtle rose scent and quite reminds me of LOreal Revitalift Oil Free Miracle Blur Instant Skin Smoother on many levels. The texture blends easily into my drier skin and has a slightly slick feel as I apply. It creates a soft, semi-matte finish for makeup to adhere to. I think if you have normal, combination, or drier skin it should curb shine but those with oily skin might feel it doesn’t mattify enough. It completely blurs the appearance of the visible pores on my nose and gives my entire complexion a more refined appearance.
I really like the effects of this but it might slightly be confusing to some as the call it a smoothing skincare instant perfector. It seems like they are implying it is a treatment of sorts when in fact it only primes and minimizes the look of pores and fine lines but doesn’t treat them.
I liked it a lot but the $58 price tag is a little high particularly when L’Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur has the same great benefits at bit of a cheaper price tag. However, I do think that this has a creamier texture in comparison!
If you’re looking for something to give your complexion a more refined appearance, something that perfects and minimizes finer lines or visible pores Lancome Visionnaire 1 Minute Blur does indeed get the job done. I just wish it was a little cheaper!
It’s available now at Sephora and Sephora.com.
