Temptalia’s Makeup Dupe List

temptalia dupe

Have you met Christine’s (Temptalia) new and improved Makeup Dupe List?

You know that time in your makeup life when you find the perfect shade of golden peach blush only to go home and realize you have several hundred of the same color? I always wonder if it is a blessing or a bummer when this happens. Because I admit I have some sort of design to own every single shade of golden peach blush out there no MATTER HOW similar they are to each other! Where as other times I’m like, “Oh man, bummer, this is so the same color!”

Or how about those times you fall in love with a product but it’s been discontinued! And silly you, you didn’t purchase a back up! Now you need to head out there and see if you can find the same shade somehow, someway, it’ll become a life goal to re-discovery that long gone shade…

You don’t have to dedicate your life to the search though! Just head over to Temptalia.com she’s done all the work for you! her new makeup dust list allows you to search for your dupe easily! So if you’re looking to see if that NARS Blush shade you love and know has some sort of dupe out there that you must try out from another brand here’s your chance to look it up and compare it to any number of similar colors! Or if your favorite Clinique Eyeshadow has been axed, now you can search out an exact dupe for it, less mourning time for you!

Benefits:

  • Just start typing the product name and Temptalia’s database will display a drop down menu to choose from.
  • Compare a swatch of your favorite shade side by side to other similar shades.
  • Quickly find out if the shade you’re searching is LE, permanent, or no longer available.
  • Save your product finds for later to Temptalia’s wish or vanity list.

It’s the easiest way to find a beloved shade’s dupe!

I kinda have to stay away from it, this morning I was searching for NARS Orgasm dupes and came across several hundred shades from brands like Clinique, Smashbox, and Wet n Wild…now I want to haul them. How diseased is that?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. Hi Muse. Christine’s dupe list is awesome. That is one seriously dedicated blogger! Now we just need to find a way for her to limit access to those of us that have the “disease”! I suffer from it to. Why are we like this? Why must we own a million versions of the same shade/product? Why do we think we could ever possibly use all of that in a lifetime? What is wrong with us? Whew, I feel better now that I had that little crisis 🙂

it truly is! they did a great job on it! It looks amazing and works flawlessly! Now I have to tear myself away from it because I want to buy dupes and it’s supposed to be working to NOT make me buy them lol! 😀 I’m still having my crisis, gimme a second ;-D

I love her dupe list! I have a lipstick buying problem, so whenever I lust a new shade I try to make sure I dont have something that’s exactly the same already 🙂

I really really appreciate what Christine, Shaun, and Nick did with the new Dupe List, it’s positively amazing (and dangerous — shush, wallet, stop screaming). Their dedication is absolutely mind-blowing.
