Biore Apple Honey Nose Pore Cleansing Strips Review

Biore Apple Honey Nose Pore Cleansing Strips

Yay! The new seasonal, limited edition Biore Apple Honey Nose Pore Cleansing Strips have launched in Asia. Every year, Kao does a new seasonal scent for Spring and I typically pick up a few boxes because they are rather great.

In Spring 2012, they did the Biore Aroma Collection Pore Strips Happy Grapefruit & Romantic Rose Collection and Spring 2010 brought us the Biore Resort Pore Pack Nose Strips Relaxing Floral.

A few years ago we did get a Mandarin scent here in the US but outside of that we never, ever got scented nose strips. Too bad because they are rather novel.

Take a look!

This year we got the Biore Apple Honey fragrance! It could possibly be my favorite launched to date. These have a sweet candy-like apple aroma that’s juicy, slightly tart, and a bit sweet! The fragrance lasts almost through the entire wear of the strip….I dunno it’s kinda novel having a sweet apple smell in your nose as you clean your pores ha!

They work just like our nose strips here in the US. Simply peel off the back, wet your nose, stick on, sit around until it dries up, yank off, sit back and analyze all the grossness you yanked off your nose.

Biore Apple Honey Nose Pore Strips

Just a warning I do find Asian Nose Strips have more grip than the US ones so they are rather strong and could be a bit much for sensitive skin. I personally like them more than the ones we have here in the US although I must admit the new Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips def do rival Asian ones!

If you want a fresh smelling nose strip you can pick up two boxes of 10 strips each of the Biore Apple Honey Norse Pore Strips from AlpbabeautyUK on E-bay for $7.95 and $2 shipping!

I purchased this item.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The animal (bear?) on the box is so cute! I might just pick up a box now.

Mmm apple is my favorite scent. I think I will be picking these up.

You know, I never ever even saw the mandarin strips in the store? I tried it once or twice when they were packing one in with regular ones as a freebie to try and promote them, but I never could buy them.

With the right scent, I could see how it would make having a strip on your nose more pleasant.
